No parking at the property. But there’s some spots on the street.

La alberca es pequeña pero excelente, el espacio es muy confortable, cuentan con una sala de estar que para nosotros que fuimos en familia grande nos encanto poder tener la cena ahí, excelente ubicación.

El desayuno es muy limitado en cuanto a la variedad de productos, el espacio para el desayuno es muy bueno, solo las opciones de alimentos es muy limitada.

Todo muy limpio, la señorita de recepción excelente muy amable y atenta, así mismo personal de mantenimiento

Lamentablemente no cuenta con estacionamiento y la zona es algo conflictiva ya que Justo afuera del hotel no se permite estacionarse

We had a comfort stayed.! The beds are very comfy, ac worked well and kept the room cool and cozy. The hotel staff are amazing, i chatted with Jorge, Alejandro Jose, Manuel and even the security guard, they all made me feel safe and welcome. They provided lots of important information about the different beaches and “must go “ places. We visited Conchas Chinas, very rocky and kind of aggressive waves. Good for pics and a relaxing time but not to swim. Garza Blanca Beach and Esmeralda Beach are Beautiful!! Because there are not waves there, these are definitely my favorite beaches to spend the entire day and swim. Easy to get there by uber, I only paid about 6 dls from the hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel. No breakfast offered, however there are many places to eat near by, 2 to 3 blocks walking. The hotel location is great to access to the South or North side of PV, either by bus and pay 10 pesos or by uber and pay a little more. Coffee shop next to the hotel, however it would be perfect if the hotel had coffee in the room!

Everything was great! The front desk staff, maids and security guard were very polite and very helpful. Our apartment in the hotel was very comfortable. The engineer fixed our television promptly and was very helpful. The location is great. We plan to return one day soon. I highly recommend this hotel. It feels like home. The staff makes you feel like family.

Floors weren't mopped, a little dusty, no face towels, room wasn't decorated... very plain.

The pool area was magnificent, it was so comfortable and clean. The staff were amazingly helpful.

The kitchen was very basic - I didn't use it but there were no utensils or kettle and it was old and poorly stocked. The fridge was not even running. The rooms were ok but with being on the main road it was very noisy for sleeping.

Loved the character and decor of the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool area was awesome. It was a last-minute find for us and the staff were wonderful.

The beds were a bit hard and noisy area outside.

It is close to everything important to me. The apt was spacious and comfortable.

Some of the kitchen areas require a closer cleaning. Counters were not completely cleaned, and the table and chairs had food debris on them. The pool is small, and there was a film on the tiles in the pool. My skin also had a funny film on it. I believe it had too much chlorine or whatever they used to disinfect it. The loungers were also stained. I used a towel to lay on it. It's not a comfortable experience.

the Pool is clean and the pool area is really nice. it’s really clean and there are options to have breakfast around (except Sunday!).

the hotel needs maintenance: the shower was clogged, the mattress was too hard for me and the tv didn’t work. Also, they don’t provide anything that’s not strictly necessary. only one little soap for 2 people for 3 days is not enough. Would be nice that they provide at least bottles of water.

It was a clean, well-kept property

It was too noisy. You could hear traffic coming beside the hotel to access beach hotels and the highway traffic all the time.

Would have appreciated purified water being available at the hotel

The roof top pool is a very nice addition to the stay.

Our room has windows to the street. It was extremely noisy. No difference if window was closed or not.
