Prabath the stuff will go the extra mile to help you. He made sure I will reach the place safe and help me with train booking and directions to everywhere I wanted to go. It was extremelly nice, kind and helpful. The roam is basic. It was everything you need and it is clean. Location wise it is around 10 min walking to the center/ lake area. But the bus is almost in front of the building.

We highly recommend! In the mornings we ate really nice breakfast. Great place at a good price! 5/5! Prabath was amazing. We never met before someone like him. He was incredible helpful and nice. The most kindnes and caring person that we met. Thank you very much for that great experience.

Location is convenient, close to the city center. Wifi was working quite fine but not for working with video calls. Host was helpful.

A room was dirty, especially a fan. Quite a lot of mosquitos. No real widow in a room.

There was dust everywhere. Hot water was not constantly available. A/C was working strangely.

The host was great. He made the trip better with being very helpful and informative on things to do. Especially with taking Tuk Tuks and making nice breakfast. Would stay again if ever came to Kandy again.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. Ideally located, easy access to shop eateries etc. I was treated extremely well with a pick up at the railway station on arrival. Eady going gentleman, polite at all times. Location, price, host were super great!

Our stay at this place was very nice! Even though the place and the room was not the newest, everything was totally clean and we felt very comfortable! The host was one of the nicest and most helpful, we had on our journey so far! He helped us with booking our tickets for the next day and even brought us to the trainstation! The breakfast was big and delicous! Thank you very much, we totally recommend this place !

I can't say enough about the owner. He was very helpful in helping me get my lost baggage from the airline, his breakfast alone was worth the price of this basic hotel. I highly recommend!!!

For the price, the room was spacious and also it was very clean. The host, was so helpful and kind. He provided an enormous breakfast for us to our room and even took the time to take us on the local bus to the train station to make sure we got there safely. The location is good, walking distance to everywhere in the centre of Kandy. We were honestly blown away about the price, you would pay way more in a hostel.

The room is basic but the bed was comfy, the AC was great and the wifi was great. The main highlight was the owner who was absolutely lovely. We only stayed one night as a stop gap but for this purpose and for the money it was absolutely amazing. The owner couldn't do enough to help you, and even woke up early to deliver breakfast to our room which was lovely. It's not luxury but for the price it really outdid our expectations.

So the location is perfect, just 5 mins to the Tooth Temple and KCC and the lake, the guy running it is a gentleman, very helpful and very polite. Breakfast also is fine Eggs and Toast, the hotel is old but does the job. I think there is 01 small room which will not match the photos or maybe there can be one on each floor, but just make sure you don't get that room as it is very small and not even worth the low price. Otherwise Value for money. For nightlife I think the best place is Slightly Chilled, you would need to take a tuk tuk to and fro, but good thing is that PickMe works just fine here. Enjoy.

we onky stayed one night in kandy. the room has ac and the host is really nice and helpfull. he received us with tea and also prepared a delicious breakfast for us :)

We found cockroaches which made is uncomfortable. I know these can climb up the pipe but you must secure the pipe in a way which prevents it.

Prabath, the owner, is the best! He could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room was huge, the hot water plentiful, and the breakfast was superb. Highly recommend staying here!
