The Location was very good and near Sinnonhyeon and Gangnam Station.

We didn’t enjoy the view as there was construction going on and quite some noise from it. Also the room is quite tiny and not recommended for families. Also it didn’t really feel like a 4* Hotel and the room seemed rather outdated.

The hotel is less than 5 min walk from Exit 9 of Sinnonhyeon Station, and next to a convenient store, cafe/bakery. It is also near a host of restaurants and cafes. My room is Standard Double which is a tad small but manageable for solo traveller. It comes complete with toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board, shower robe and free mineral water (2 bottles per day throughout the stay).

The hotel room door latch is quite long which make it easy for intruders to open it. While there is a lock from inside, it is advisable for travellers to bring their own door security locks for additional safety.

Hello Hotel staff where super rude. I had surgery at 6thseptember and it was a tuff one.I stayed there to recover. on 9th they kicked me out altho I booked it until 13th. so I forced myself to stay there after I puked and had a crazy fever I decided to walk back to hotel, almost passed out, not a joke. then they gave me a room after a 15 minute talk. i went to rest. then they started to call to me and send me a letter to my room. after I left they even didn’t gave me a tax return paper, then threatend me. i got really pissed off, like I was working there. i didn’t feel like a client. i can send you staff member photo. sheets where bloody or with some soy souce. flip-flops where also terribly broken. like a ghetto hotel. they called me to my room, when I was sick and forced me to go and pay for my bill, altho I said I will pay when I leave. they wrote me a letter so I can send it too. then they frequently told that the “don’t speak English”, altho I understood that they can speak! I called my doctor and if he was in a lobby they said to my doctor, who visited me that I need to go downstairs to front desk and pay that bill right now. like I was working there. stupid things, but they matter and my health isn’t in a good shape at the moment. so please understand that this hotel is a mess. and I want my money back as soon as possible. i can send photo and letter later today, when I land in Poland.

Location is ok if you like shopping, otherwise it is quite far. Rooftop terrace is nice.

Rude staff. Staff do not speak english at all, except for one person. Staff makes you wait in the lobby even if you are only 10minutes before the check-in time. Rooms are old.

When checking in, we were asked for several pieces of documentation that were not requested BEFORE the date of check-in. It would not have been a problem to bring them, but standing at the check-in counter was the first time we heard of this requirement. Also, as of August 2022, there is a MASSIVE amount of construction going on in front of the hotel that you can absolutely hear in your room. BE ADVISED.
