very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, no lift but the stairs aren’t steep and are wide so big issue at all. restaurant food was delicious. no air con but as you’re right opposite a lake you get a gorgeous breeze into the room if you leave a window or door open.

Perfect location, just opposite Lungern Lake. The hotel has an outdoor space where you can enjoy the fantastic view. You also can have dinner with delicious meals and a cozy atmosphere inside. The restroom is super spacy, it was a massive surprise for us. Also, the hotel's just opposite a train stop, so it's very convenient for transportation.

The hotel does not have a lift, so it's too hard to move it upstairs if you have heavy luggage.

Very nice surprise to discover this hotel. Staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and cosy and the restaurant was a treat to dine/ have breakfast in. In addition, there is free parking right in front of the hotel. We travelled with our dog and he was very welcomed also.

Very "Swiss" atmosphere, friendly staff and a nice restaurant. Great views of the lake. Location close to Interlaken and ski regions. We enjoyed it. Also, pictures of cows above the beds are the best :)

The heating went down during our stay, so it was a little bit cold. The building is very old therefore you can hear everything through the walls.

Initially, I chose this hotel because it’s located at Lake Lungern. Once I’m there, I was very satisfied cos the hotel exactly in front of train station with route of Golden line pass train and in front of Lake Lungern with amazing view. The staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Thanks to Christian - super nice and handsome manager who’s willing to help you above and beyond, I enjoyed my vacation in Switzerland with the best view of Lake Lungern from my balcony. Thanks to Laura for her initiative of my dinner arrangement. Thanks to Rita for the hot tea. On top of those, I love the good quality breakfast - I definitely will miss the tasty croissants and fragrant tea. I will be back soon.
