A acomodação é aconchegante, quente e limpa. A cama tem bons cobertores e é confortável. O chuveiro funciona perfeitamente e esquenta bem e rápido! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e solícitos. Localização central.

O único defeito são as escadas. Por causa da altitude se perde rápido o fôlego. Melhor escolher quartos nos primeiros andares.

El desayuno estuvo delicioso, pero sería bueno intentar variar un poco el menú.

Tivemos um celular furtado no hotel, estava guardado dentro de uma mochila. O celular não foi usado em nenhuma oportunidade (era para emergências), esperei até o find my phone acusar, e hoje mostrou que o celular se encontra em uma rua próxima do hostel. O barato saiu caro.

La habitación estaba sumamente cómoda. Tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Incluso pude preparar la leche de mi bebé con toda la comodidad del mundo.

Lo único que podría observar es el acceso únicamente a través de gradas, al estar con maletas grandes se dificulta un poco.

La ubicación queda cerca a varias las empresas de turismo, a la calle de las brujas, a unas cuadras queda la línea morada del teleférico. Un lugar tranquilo, limpio y las personas de recepción , siempre diligentes y amables.

La habitación es hermosa, es como un pequeño departamento, cuenta con todo lo necesario, muy linda, cómoda, amplia. Fue uno de los mejores alojamientos de nuestro viaje y pudimos descansar muy bien lo cual era nuestro objetivo. Tiene una buena ubicación ya que sitios importantes están cerca. Superó nuestras expectativas.

No tengo nada que no haya gustado ya que fue una muy grata experiencia.

Tienen servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones y el desayuno por 5 bs más puedes comer huevo

Onwijs goed bed, grote kamer, aardig personeel, heerlijke douche!

Slecht ingerichte kamer. Werd wakker van het gang licht. Veel mieren in de kamer. Geen kaarten aan de deur of je wilt dat je kamer wordt schoongemaakt. Ipv elke keer kloppen. Slecht ontbijt, ongezond, bijbetalen voor ei!!! Halve keuken, geen afwas middel, beschimmelde snijplank, karige inboedel.

Those pictures are fake... The recepcionist wasn't nice. Our room had plugs that did not work, the nightlight didn't either, but what really got to us was all the hairs in between the sheets. We asked for a room change (although the recepcionist did not understand why the hairs were a big deal...). I went ahead and checked the new bed but the recepcionist told us that if I was to undone "another" bed he would kick us out... It was late so we just slept in the new room were surprise surprise the plugs did not work, molde all over the bathroom, t he toilet did not flush and hairs again in the sheets... Oh they did not give us towels either (which at last we thank them for in view of the higiene of the sheets).

It was very cold inside the room. When we wanted to leave hostel before 7am the main entrance was closed and there was no one at the reception desk, so we had to wait and make some noise to wake up the staff - luckily we arrived at the bus terminal on time.

Everything was good, the rooms, staff etc. The location is perfect.

The value and price match for this place. Very great location, near to the main travel agencies. The breakfast is included in the price. The rooms were small but clean. Important to mention is, that the rooms are in the 4. and 5. floor without an elevator, but this was ok for us. They offer a luggage storage, which is perfect if you plan mountain tours for longer than one day. The staff speaks english and is very helpful.

The beds are ok for one or two nights but not really comfy.

Really nice hotel. Breakfast Buffet (!), warm shower with a shower enclosure so you don't flood the whole bathroom. Comfy bed. Had a desk and closet! ! Super friendly and helpful staff. Location smack bag in the tourist area.

My room was on the 5th floor. No lift. Good exercise...until you consider the lack of oxygen due to the altitude, ha ha.
