The location is very accessible.

The room is dusty. I noticed the table/desk was not properly dusted since the day we checked in. I took a photo of the dust and it was not wiped clean till we left. I believe that triggered my allergic rhinitis and that was uncomfortable during my stay. The room feels congested too since there is no window, I mean there is a window but when you open you will see a wall. I did not bother to request to change rooms as the reception staffs will obviously ask for another or extra payment $$$ (every request you ask have extra charges). The lady at the reception is not friendly but atleast the restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and concierge were helpful.

I like the Airconditioning was so cold after it turn on for a couple of hrs.

I don’t like the location, it is far to walk for a stranger for looking a place to eat for lunch and Dinner. They don’t have restaurant.

it was clean, simple, and straightforward. the staff are very friendly and helpful. our whole stay was so easy because of them. thank you!

commute is hard to come by even with grab. location has no nearby convenience stores and restaurants.

The hotel is within walking distance from the nearest mall, the staff is accommodating and friendly. The room is a little bit small for a premium accommodation. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is cold.

Great value, comfortable room, great breakfast staff and very helpful front desk night mgr. Near a handful of good restaurants. Nice doormen & sweet, wonderful housekeeping staff.

There was an odor in dining room area & lobby whenever we arrived. Poor linens in the bathroom and yellowed sheets & a pillow case.

The breakfast was very simple and they aren't flexible at all if you ask for something a little bit different from their options

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We slept very well.

They sent us an email on the day of our stay to say if we didn’t confirm we wanted our room by a certain time, they would give it to someone else. As we are international travellers with no data in the Philippines, we of course didn’t pick this email up until we arrived at the hotel. Luckily they hadn’t got rid of our room but this is a very strange thing to do. The Wi-Fi was also very poor.
