Siamo stati molto bene anche grazie ad uno staff di animazione molto preparato e mai invadente, impeccabili e gentili anche tutti gli addetti ai servizi e al ristorante con un’ottima cucina.

Un hôtel magnifique avec beaucoup de charme. Un dépaysement total. La plage est somptueuse, la piscine très grande, le restaurant varié et très bon. Le personnel est aux petits soins.
Le médecin de l’hôtel est très désagréable, il ne vaut mieux pas à avoir à faire à lui

Beautiful hotel fully integrated in the environment. Staff if extremely gentle. Great customer service always available to satisfy any request. Some of the facility may be renovated but anyway everything is very clean.
Sellers on the beach disturb during the day. Good that there is a limit they cannot go through so they don't come close sunbeds. Anyway there is hotel security to keep them away.
Low light inside rooms. It's great to have soft lights but there should be the option to have more light at least in front of the mirror in the bathroom.

1. hotel is mainly made Italian guests. everything there is in italian. stand up comedies are in italian, although there were russian, belarusian, english french and polish guests.
2. the main chef is very rude to the staff. very unprofessional if it comes to giving feedback. gives it in front of guests which makes it very uncomfortable for both guests and staff. He never somes and talks to guests, unless they are italian. menu is also made for italian guests. pizza and pasta all day long. very poor breakfast
3. internet. have to be begged to get.
4. the cashier in the souvenir store very cheeky. always tells that she doesn’t have the change. the only Zanzibari that wasnt friendly.
5. althought all the attractions are mentioned as in the listing when it comes to renting you have to pay for everything.

The hotel is very serene, with great customer service and friendly employees. The beach and the pool activities were awesome too.

There is very minimal use of international language (English) making people who are not Italians left out. The activities are great but there is a gap of inclusivity due to the language barrier

The staff are superb, ever cheerful, eager to help and very friendly.
For an Italian owned hotel the food is quite bad. The coffee is even worse. Literally the worst ever…. worse than American.

The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and they attended to our needs over and above expectation. The service was very personal and we felt very welcome. Our tours were pre-artanged to the last detail. The food was always fresh and tasty.The service was just exceptional. The hotel location is great.. there were not many people on the beach which made it nice and private..we are definitely coming back.

Greedy owners overbook their hotel and then let you stay in their other cheaper hotel which is worse
All inclusive is not all inclusive (espresso is needed to pay extra and several other things)
Wifi is only in reception for free and very slowly. Rest of the hotel you need to pay extra... so dont expect to have all included when booking all inclusive

we had to change the hotel once for half of our stay and then one night go to another room cause ac didnt work —> no compensation for this
Beach is not as on pictures because of tide changes —> enjoy this beach on the pictures (the hotel they put us in)... never again this hotel or one of this owners (they have several on pingwe beach, let you book the more expensive one and put you than in the cheaper one when overbooked) happened to more people as we heard
Also expect diarrhoe... luckily some russian guests who experienced the same gave us medicine to help...

Amazing hotel with beautiful garden and park with high coconut palms! We loved our rooms with palm leaves roofs and big veranda. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is one of the best of the island - we enjoyed walking on the white flour like beach especially when it was low tide. The long pier was lovely and we use it to swim at low tide. The nearby Blue Lagoon has very beautiful corals and fish diversity. The breakfast was so rich and delicious and so was the whole food in the restaurant. It was one of our best holidays! Thank you very much! We will recommend your hotel to our friends!

As it is an Italian hotel the animation was only in Italian language which is not so big problem but if you have international guests it would be nice if they could have a chance to enjoy it too. :)
