There was a huge spider in the room when we arrived.. there are no curtains so you wake up with the sun at 6am. The windows are on the street so it’s extremely noisy.

Basic budget hotel. Was very big room. Nice views from roof terrace. Cheap price

No kitchen.. I didn't see any other guests there.

The great things about the hotel were the wonderful view from our balcony and the proprietors were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was also very clean and spacious. WiFi coverage was good.

The shower was terrible! The little water that did come out sprayed in all directions and was very difficult to adjust to get any heat out. The wiring to the shower looked very dangerous, but no different to the rest of Guatemala! The sink was hanging of the wall, but looked like it could easily be fixed. The worst part of the stay was at night, when the local dogs barked and barked and barked (right through the night), couple with the very noisy tuk tuks. We hadn't experienced this latter issue anywhere else throughout Guatemala.

Extremly nice owner/lady. Helped us with hike to indiana nose. Room was big and so clean.

The place is far from all the cool stuff in San Pedro. You need to take a tuc-tuc for everything and there are not so many available around there. Cold shower. Dirty bathroom. Bad smells everywhere.
