The noise from the bar on top and the overal noise in the morning. The transfer from the seaport was very badly organized, the driver was late and drove the entire journey while talking on the phone. The transfer to the airport on the other hand was very good.

This property was amazing! loved the rooms!! the views!! especially from the balcony and jacuzzi and even right from our bed… it was a true pleasure staying at Villa Bordeaux and the staff were the cherry on top!! they were really helpful and and made sure we enjoyed every minute we spent on the property… our stay here made our trip to Santorini even more special!!

The property in is the heart of Fira right on the Caldera so expect to do a bit of walking in order to reach it.. but we didn’t mind it at all! we always enjoyed the walk through town to reach the hotel plus they handled all our luggage with ease during our check-in and check-out

We enjoyed every second of our stay at Villa Bordeaux. The location is about the best location possible in Fira, the panoramic views are amazing, the design and cleanliness of the hotel is top notch, the breakfast is limitless and delicious, the infinity pool is huge and very quiet with amazing views, the Aqua Suite is spacious and well laid out with all the facilities you would need, including a huge jacuzzi and terrace area with unobstructed views of the caldera! We had a meal at the Belvedere table at La Colline restaurant which was a fantastic experience and probably the best location for a romantic dinner anywhere in the world! Food was amazing and the volcano dessert a novel idea! The staff are all so polite and friendly and they leave you to your own privacy but are there if you need anything! It is a true 5 star experience and we would love to come back again one day. Thank you to Villa Bordeaux for a perfect Honeymoon!

We have no negative comments! On a side note, if anyone is choosing between Oia and Fira, we preferred Fira as it feels more authentic and less touristy, no queuing for a photo in Fira.. would recommend a visit to Oia, however, but too busy to stay there all the time. Harder to get in to restaurants in Oia and I actually think Fira has the better Caldera view anyway!

This hotel is centrally located in Thera but a few steps down so when you are by the pool there is no-one in front of you. The pool is great - must be one of the biggest on the island. Really enjoyed dinners at the restaurant as well as breakfasts which we took by the pool everyday. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed cocktails on our terrace every night. they also arranged a wine tour, island tour and booked restaurants for us.
