The staff were amazing. Very helpful, they went out of their way to make my stay a good one. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch. I was able to book airport and ferry transfers for my overnight stay at the hotel at no extra charge.

Loved the hospitality of all the staff and especially the two bar tenders working at the pool! The location is fantastic! In a local spot away from the busy/touristsy spots. It is located opposite one of the best beaches where you can hire umbrellas and sun beds or just lay on the sand. There is a bus into the old port (old town) which is also a 1 minute walk from the hotel and runs every hour until midnight. If you’re looking for somewhere in Mykonos to relax, go to the beach, relax by the pool, have dinner and transport so close by I recommend this hotel. Also they included a free transfer to and from the hotel and port for us, and guests, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! OHHH and the breakfast is a buffet with an incredible selection of hot/cold food, cereal, fruits, bread, cakes and local pastries. I had the best stay here!

Absolutely EVERYTHING..! Hotel was clean, location is fantastic, it’s quite, very nearby bus station that can get me anywhere so easily, nearby market & most importantly the beach in right across the street & it’s WOW. Staff were very friendly & helpful, very professional. Receptionist Anne & Cristin were very helpful. Erica the lady responsible for the restaurant was amazing, the food was very fresh, very tasty & high quality, variety of choices & very clean with a view. The massage was wonderful, Elena & Eva were experts. I’d Definitely go again.

No room service for any food from the Restaurant. Many times I felt hungry but I was too tired to go down to grab it. It’d be better if they have this service to be complete.

We were staying here after travelling around the some of the other islands and had chosen to fly back to the UK from Mykonos rather than Athens, we couldn't have wished for a better hotel. A transfer service from the port and airport is provided. The staff are pleasant and friendly. From the moment we were collected at the port someone else carried our luggage for us - what a treat! The room was a good size, with a big comfortable bed. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. It was excellent value for money and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Fantastic reception staff. We were picked up from the port by a very jolly and helpful member of staff. I can't comment on the pool as we didn't use it, but it looked good. Breakfast was delicious.

It was rather expensive for the area. I tried to take details of the evening menu too to show my husband as he was not feeling too well and in our room - but was told I wasn't allowed to do that by a very abrupt and rude member of the catering staff. That really put us off eating there, we did have a quick look at the menu and compared to other local restaurants it was very over-priced and we didn't see very many people eating there, even though it had a lovely location looking over the sea. The room was nothing like the pictures, painted a dull/dark green rather than white and the side of the room that opened on to the balcony was mostly wall with one door that could only be locked using a shutter door. When the shutter door was closed it made the room very dark and slightly claustrophobic.

the customer service was excellent! everything was beautiful, such good value for how much it is, should be a 5*!!!!

Gorgeous views to wake up to. The rooms were a bit small but comfortable. we spent just one night in this hotel but compared to other hotel was a bit expensive.

Fantastic view and sunsets. Room was very clean with daily service. Nespresso coffee machine a bonus. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of choice and the food Was tasty, I personally enjoyed the hot options.

A rather sticky door leading to the balcony which was difficult to open at times.

Great location, close to the beach, lovely pool with pool towels provided and nice sun loungers. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable and the bathroom was fab. A lovely shower, both power and rainforest types, well designed so water does not go everywhere (not typical of our experience), with lovely Greek products supplied also. The view from the balcony was perfect for sunset. The breakfast was nice for regular eaters and they tried to accommodate gluten free also - it was the only place where we had breakfast included, so difficult to make comparisons, but would imagine it would rate well. Fantastic to have port pick up and airport drop off option included and driver was so courteous and professional too - highly commend him - he was efficient and friendly also. All staff we came across were very friendly and professional. Nespresso machine and pods provided.

The small single door to the balcony meant the room was a little dark - it would be great to take full advantage of the view with double doors/ big window. The power outlets were covered to make the look like light switches - which is a nice look, but could not accommodate a converter that had a larger 'surround' - not a major issue. Nice to have a fridge, but it smelled slightly, like it had been left powered off and closed possibly - not a big issue, but aware of it each time we opened the fridge.
