After our first stay, we were delighted and decided to stay here every time we would be in Velika Gorica for business. The same was this time. As before, hotel is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is really good. As we selected deluxe room, we also knew what to expect in this regard.

However, decrease in terms of services was noticeable. As I am pregnant and have a therapy in specific time period, hotel rejected my kind request to enter room 30 minutes earlier (although it is quite weird for the check in time to be at 4 PM). When we arrived, we realized that apart from quite significant price of room (we live in Belgrade, so we are very familiar with high prices) we should also make an extra payment for the parking. In addition, room was extremely cold and nothing could be done to change it in a short period (apart from turning off the air conditioning, it was not possible to make the temperature higher).

Everything was amazing from staff to cleanliness of the hotel. The steakhouse across the way attached to the hotel was such an amazing experience.

I paid for the hotel online. It said parking included and free crib upon request. However, when we went to check out we were being charged for parking, crib, and for a tourist fee which was not mentioned on the website anywhere. They did take off the crib charge once i mentioned i paid for it already but still paid the other fees.

It's a lovely modern hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast had lots of variety (contrary to other reviews), with hot options, as well as hams, cheeses, salmon, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and pasties.

On arrival, the reception staff were so busy talking to each other, even when they both had customers to serve. Didn't ask how we were, how our travels have been - too busy chatting and moaning at the computer. No fridge in the room and no bottled watered, although there were glasses which was strange. Also had to pay 7 euro for car park which felt a bit greedy of the hotel - i didn't see this when booking. The spa also opens at midday, so we never had the time to use it as we arrived in the evening.

Very helpfull staff, location is close to highway so easy to continue our trip, breakfast very simple but fine, parking available (additional charge).

Despite pictures the hotel is outdated and needs refurbishment (bathrooms as priority), maintenance is to the minimum. This is not a 4* hotel but a 3* max. We also experienced some noise, we could hear the people in the room next to us, as well as all the noise in the corridor like if the door was open. Low value for money.

The bed size was very nice. The bathroom was clean and comfortable to use. The lounge bar provided a nice experience. The wellness center manager was very pleasant and understanding.

Upon our arrival we were repeatedly told that the wellness area was to be opened until 9pm. We planned our time accordingly but we were able to use the wellness area for 15 minutes since it closed at 8pm. We were promised a compensation the following day, but we couldn't receive one because the area was overcrowded, just as it was the previous day. The reason is that the wellness area, despite their 18+ policy and the policy that only 6 people can occupy the area at any given time, welcomed underaged guests as well as allowing up to 20 PEOPLE to occupy the wellness area. Also, the hotel staff didn't communicate between each other so upon arrival at the wellness area the following day, and after stating that we were promised a compensation, they couldn't give us one because they had no clue we were promised such a thing. Luckily, the wellness center manager was very pleasant and understanding so we were able to come to an understanding. We couldn't get in touch with room service at lunch time for almost 2 hours and after we got in touch, we had to wait almost another hour for our food to be delivered. The staff told us they had 2 events at the hotel restaurant at the time, and literally told us: "Try calling them again in a few minutes, hopefully you'll be able to get in touch", which is below any professional standards I have ever heard of. The hotel accommodated a very large number of underaged athletes who were obnoxiously loud and unpleasant. The worst part about it is that our room was located in the same hallway as all of them, so we couldn't get a moment of peace because of the banging, running and yelling. On top of that, they purposely stalled our elevator so we couldn't go down and they made fun of us while doing so. After complaining about the situation, we transfered into another room in which we didn't have any electricity so we couldn't even charge our phones.

Excellent in every aspect - clean, warm and cousy hotel with extremely kind staff and with all facilities needed. Room was spacious, breakfast delicious. We will definitely come back!

I was visiting with Cotrugli business school, and I didn't know I had a discount, but it had already been paid. Staff approved me free breakfasts for 3 days because of this, which was very nice. A young guy working in a bar at the reception level is exceptionally polite. The spa is excellent as well. The food is delicious (I ate only breakfasts, it's very abundant and diverse).

Everything was good. The hotel is far from the city center, but it's near school, so it didn't matter this time.
