The buffet breakfast was very good and included with the room cost. You could also have a buffet dinner for a very reasonable price which included drinks. The two pools (one indoor, one outdoor) were nice and reasonably clean. Overall, the staff were very friendly.
The actual room was labelled “superior” but was not quite what we anticipated. The pictures on the hotel site were a bit misleading. We had a small balcony, so I guess that makes it superior. Otherwise it was just another hotel room. Oh well, we still enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was scanty for someone with food sensitivities but I found enough.

The facilities are very nice. The staff offered us in the last day lunchboxes to go because we missed the breakfast and also a pleasant surprise for my wife's birthday. They helped us renting a car and with transport to airport.
It was very noisy during the day and also during late in the night. Breakfast was mostly the same during our 10 day stay (not very diverse)...

We stayed in a hotel for 3 nights, since we had tours booked everyday to discover island, did not spend so much time there. But the room was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. For breakfast it had hot and cold Swedish tables also fruits, some pastry, cereal and yoghurt for sweet tooth.
We used inside pool facility, the only inconvenience, I could not find changing rooms (it might be there, but I just couldn't see it and never enquired). Also they have souna facilities which they would get it ready with 30mins notice, so quite energy sustainable hotel.
Also, staff was very friendly to keep our luggage for a day after we checked out and went on a tour.

Nice facilities, GREAT breakfast, good sized pool, nice clean rooms.
Shower in pool area didn't work, which lead to clumps of hair at the bottom of the pool. They should clean the pool more often.
Saunas we're not hot at all, Hot Tub was the same temperature as the pool, and no staff was present in the pool or sauna area to help with these issues.

happy there was a indoor pool as it was too cold to use outdoor
arrived at 630am and i had to insist that i had paid for room prior to arrival which i was told i didn't even thou i had the receipt to show i had paid, so was charged again until i could go back down at 9am to the staff which was just coming in, money was refunded but it should have been more organized as at 630 am and just coming off a overnight flight i should not have to argue that i had already paid for accommodations

The staff helped us with a few things we needed, such as transportation.
I also liked the breakfast.
And very spacious room.
Place looks like it needs maintenance.
There are cracks everywhere, our window was not locking, the curtains were dirty and the gym was almost derelict.

The staff were very friendly, especially in the bar.
It’s very drab and the bar and pool area has no ambience. in fact the bar set-up reminded me of a canteen.
The breakfast is repetitive with a meagre low value choice of food and often not replenished.

The hotel seems a bit old but they manage to keep things clean & working
I didn’t like the fact that the hotel doesn’t present the rooms on Booking in a proper way - you book a room with photos of a big terrace but in reality what you are getting is a small balcony. Same goes with some of the equipment listed in the offer. Otherwise would give 9 or 10/10.
