Stayed a dew times now, Jan and Niko could not be more helpful. Great location and very well equipped for a small guest house. Very affordable and always clean. Will be back.

Lovely BnB in a perfect location. Lovely kind staff. All the amenities you could possibly need within the BnB. Snacks and lovely coffee and tea provided. Own kitchen which is fully stocked and very nice to cook what you like. Couldn't recommend enough!

The location is near the Beatrix Potter Attration, and about 5 mins walk to bus station, very convenient! Staff are exceptionally hospitable and helpful. The additional heater in the room works very well and makes the stay very comfort. They also get cereals and milk for a warm breakfast!

We stayed there for 2 nights and we had an amazing experience. The hospitality members were very friendly and welcoming. The service was great. The room was very clean and cute with all the necessary amenities. We had a good time.

Absolutely everything Can't fault Jan and Nico, lovely communication and warm welcome, very easy check in. The location is fantastic situated in the heart of Bowness (literally 2 minutes walk to the lake) the room was everything we needed, the place was clean and warm, had a lovely little shower and bathroom. Loads of nice touches too with specialist coffee, biscuits, usb charging port, mirror light and we had a very cute balcony which was fantastic to sit out on! Also they have a number of dog friendly rooms, I'd definitely stay again!

Great location and a really friendly homely atmosphere.

Parking during peak times is challenging. We purchased a 3 day pass from the adjacent carpark for 18 pounds and arrived at 4pm which made it much easier.

The location is good. Rooms have all the ammanaties, including good selection of teas and coffees.

The bathrooms are extremely small. The wash basin is outside the bathroom. Though very clean but there were some spiders on the wall. There is no parking available at the property and finding public parking at the Peak time is very challanging.
