Brilliant Location

No teaspoons for the tea and coffee facilities, curtain hook needed replacing (the curtains would not close properly)

Was really comfie an clean bout 20mins walk to Amsterdam central, Lots of shops just around the corner and restaurants

Brilliant location with lots to see and do right on the doorstep. 15 min walk and you are in the city center. Bed was very comfy and room was spotless. Thanks for a great stay :)

Location, beds & pillows, nice bathroom great shower!

It is called a B&B so we just assumed breakfast would be included, was not and for the price it should have been. The owner didn’t check the tram schedule so gave us the wrong directions and being new to the city, we were lost! It cost us 20Euros to get a taxi…

When we dropped our bags off early the host was friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and great shower. Good location for getting around. Good WiFi connection and Netflix available if you have an account.

Very steep stairs (fine for us but not if any mobility issues) Although the street itself is quite we were woken up anytime from 5am each by the baby crying upstairs. For over €600 for 4 nights the room definitely needs a bit of work to get it up to that price points standards, needs redecorating as bedroom decor is quite tired and paintwork is very marked/chipped as is the bathroom unfortunately.

Perfect location. Quiet area. Close to everything (walking distance) from attractions to restaurants and bars. Nice neighbourhood Exceptionally comfortable, large bed.

Steep, narrow staircase if you are carrying a heavy bag it’s a bit of a track up to the top floor. Luckily hubby was able to do that.

The location was convenient. Although check in was at 2PM, they allowed us to from our luggage earlier so we didn't have to carry it around the city.

Excellent location, and room was quiet despite central location. The balcony was lovely although we didn't really have time to use it. Commute is easy from there to anywhere in central Amsterdam.

Extremely hot days, like most of Europe - and the house is not made to cope with that. It was really warm!

The location and the bathroom facilities. Although I did not personally meet the host, Desa saw to it that our check in process was seamless.

my expectations were dampened because the listing stated air conditioned only to find out it was not. Overall, I liked the place and would have rated it excellent if my expectations were not raised.

Great location, very convenient for getting around, and a nice quiet street. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. And the bed was so comfy and cozy after a long day of sightseeing

Great location, easy to access and check-in

This place needs a refurb for what they’re asking, there are patches on the walls, the bedding had holes in it, corridor still had plasterboard there. Looks very much shabby work in progress. That front room is super loud at night also, glad i took earplugs.

Really friendly host. Close to the center. Comfortable big bed. Clean spacious bathroom.

Great location. There was a coffee machine and electric tea pot. Breakfast was not included with the room.

Steep flight of stairs to the room; but proprietors carried bags to and from the room.

I booked this b&b but there was no breakfast at all. There are two rooms at these property and the owner lives there with his family. Also on the photos of my room there is a balcony (and I put in filters balcony) - there is also writen that there is a common terace but there wasn't.

Perfect location and really within walking distance of everywhere! Desa is a lovely host and made our stay very warm and welcoming!

Lovely owners, perfect location on a quiet street, good prices and very nice rooms with everything you need. I have traveled all over the world, but this is one of the best places I stayed.
