Eingangsbereich und der Empfang an der Rezeption ist sehr schön und war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Bett sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und eng, hat aber alles was man braucht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant Landhaus mit sehr freundlichen Service und exzellenter Süd-Tiroler Küche.

Die räumliche Positionierung des Pools mitten im Hotel und sehr viele Zimmer kreisförmig darum herum angebracht hat zur Folge, dass es in dem ganzen Bereich feucht ist, teilweise auch schimmlig und es riecht in dem Bereich des Hotels überall nach Chlor. Ist ziemlich unangenehm wenn man vom guten Essen zurück ins Zimmer läuft.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich.

Leider hatten wir im Restaurant einen schlechten Service. Das Essen dauerte sehr lang. Die Teller wurden erst nach einer halben Stunde abgeräumt. Schade, weil das Essen war wirklich gut.

I like the location and the concept

There is no Air conditioning in the room. Just a simple fan that doesn't work during the hot and humid days. That was simply not good

Beautiful place, loved it here. Good service and very good staff. The entire hotel runs along a long vindling corridor with the reception in one end and two restaurants at the other end (breakfast is served in the restaurant end). Lots of outdoor parking with quite wide spaces. Romantic walks both in garden, park and forrest. Suitable for any condition level.

The pool is in the corridor, looks nice, but there will also be people moving in the corridors looking in.

The room, hotel, service, room service--all were amazing!

lovely quiet location

I like the staff, facility and grounds. Our room was in the circle around the pool so for this visit that was my favorite part. We arrived late and the kitchen which was closed had prepared a nice salad and meat/cheese platter for us.
