Das Essen war reichlich und von herausragender Qualität, mit einer beeindruckenden Vielfalt. Zu jeder Tageszeit wurden Snacks und Getränke angeboten. Besonders angenehm überrascht war ich von der Vielfalt an Getränkegläsern – es gab für jedes Getränk oder Cocktail das passende Glas, anstatt Plastikbecher zu verwenden. Die Qualität der Getränke, angefangen bei Kaffee bis hin zu Cocktails, war außergewöhnlich hoch und übertraf meine bisherigen Erfahrungen in der Türkei. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und grüßte immer. Die Zimmer entsprachen je nach Budget angemessen dem Preis, waren kreativ gestaltet und wiesen trotz des schon älteren Hotels kaum Abnutzungserscheinungen auf. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm war äußerst kreativ und bot täglich neue Highlights. Die Bühnenausstattung war von bemerkenswerter Qualität und hätte auch auf Festivals bestehen können. Es gab drei Pools und einem direkten Zugang zum Strand. Für Kinder gab es eine Fülle an Attraktionen. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass dies bisher das beste Hotel war, in dem ich in der Türkei übernachtet habe. Für mich sind Personal und Qualität entscheidend, und in diesem Hotel wurden meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Größere und teurere Hotels mag es geben, aber in Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis verdient dieses Hotel definitiv 10 Sterne!

Second time staying here. Yet again could not fault hotel. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Only a short stay this time on way to airport, wish I could of stayed longer. Location perfect for me.

I liked the extravagant decor - it gave the hotel uniqueness. Ocean views from the room were beautiful. The beach access was great. The food had great variety and it was great to have a la carte included in the "all-inclusive" package. The coffee from the cafe's barista was great. The Kids Club was brilliant - our son was there the whole time! They even took him on an excursion to the dolphin show. I loved the morning yoga and pilates - very authentic!

The hotel is very busy! Finding a table is like negotiating a seat on the subway. Some hotel guests are rude and push in front - that's frustrating but no fault of the hotel.

the hotel is 30 years old, so is their furniture, the sofas in the lobby don’t look clean even if they are probably clean. Many areas in their premises were closed including an outdoor swimming pool and 3 of their restaurants, so were many recreational facilities in the hotel, this makes their promotional videos somewhat misleading. What you advertise must be on offer unless clearly stated otherwise.
