Your hotel is situated in a central place easily reachable to other places despite traffic constraints. Neat and clean. Great housekeeping team. The restaurant ambience is good and food delicious and next to home food. Kudos to Mr Kailash, Govind, and their staff for making our stay comfortable. If visiting Bengaluru, we'll check in Regenta Inn.

Housekeeping should improve

Hotel reception tried to enter room without my permission. I caught them red handed. They tried to force us out. Reception manager seems to have had biases against outsiders. Poor experience.

Staff experience was very bad , even asked for something like Wi-Fi, they are not bothered about the guests. No parking facility at all, TV was not working, no intercom details provided in the room

Lack of staff and poor attitude of the available staff.

The stay, location, breakfast and the staff were excellent. Room is too small for the 3 to accommodate. Breakfast spread was good and cleanliness was excellent.

Overall, it is a very ideal location. Everything is very close within fewer minutes drive.. It is worth and good value for money.

I couldn't get the taxi which I booked from booking.com .. poor experience on taxi with booking.com. As it was getting late after a couple of attempts to the cab agent, I took a cab and went to the hotel .
