beautiful apartments in a perfect location with free street parking. the apartment had all we needed. very close to beach, st Margherita and grocery store. I would highly recommend this place for families with kids.

apartment was not ready when we arrived… but was quickly sorted out

When you enter the apartment, the first thing you will recognize is how much daylight there is. The panorama of Rapallo is amazing at day and night time. The apartment is situated in a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood. Free parking is available in the same street and was never a problem. Rapallo, Restaurants, shops and the ferry port are in close walking distance. The balcony is great. The apartment itself is newly renovated and equipped. The quality of the installations is very good. Some pieces of furniture need some love by the maintenance crew, but nothing that can’t be fixed with a screwdriver. WiFi is available throughout the whole apartment with a 100/10 connection. Unlike some comments here we did not experience any issues with power dropouts while using multiple devices.

Only downside: the apartment was clean, but the cleaning crew seems to have lost some long hair everywhere. There manager promised to take care of that. Stairs and balcony could use some mopping eventually as well.

There were several things I did not like. As the major issue I found the host's ignorance to solve and help with anything. When we came to the property, there was clogged waste in the bathroom that we had to repair if we wanted to have a shower. What was the major issue in the whole stay - there was the reconstruction of 1-2 appartments below the one where we stayed. Every day at 8 am the workers came and started with the rough work-jackhammer,excavators etc-really noisy. The level of noise was as such-we did not hear each other. The host said she was not aware of - maybe not, but I am in doubt - the house was in construction on the first view, when we came and saw the surronding of the house. And also the host was informed about it from myself and did not find any solution, support etc - totally ignored and did not communicate. It was probably the reason why the host did not handover the keys in person and left it in the letterbox, even if I asked for face to face handover. I strongly not recommend this property because of the ignorance, arrogance, lack of interest from the host's side - instead of holiday we stayed in hell for 5 night in July 2021 there, we left one day before because our 4-years daughter sufferred from headache (probably from the noise, because she has never experienced with some headache before). I found it very unfair and impolite to offer this appartment, even for this price when the situation (it would not be short-term) is as such.. Minor issues - parking very bad, wifi very weak, not too much clean when we came, not very well equipped kitchen... After contacting booking.com, it was confirmed by booking.com, that the host delines to pay for the compensation. The host herself stopped communicating with us on the second day. This is the way which is not acceptable - even if the host responded to this comment on booking.com, that compensation could have been provided - only the promotion, not the true:-)..
