Hotel renovado y limpio. Camas cómodas, aire acondicionado y ventilador. Lo mejor el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar y complacer al cliente. Desayuno muy rico y con opciones indias y occidentales.

La situación está algo alejado de los Ghats así que se hace necesario algún tipo de transporte ya que no es muy cómodo caminar por el calor y tráfico. La parte positiva es que eso asegura el descanso porque hay menos ruido que en las zonas de mas aglomeración de turistas.

Very complying with our request - we asked for 3 extra pillow. Complimentary water, and late check out. Have us little gifts at the end. Ajay the manager looked after us well.

10/10 we can 100% recommend staying here. Hotel staff and manager were all delightful and extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent. They arrange airport transfer, boat ride and helped with tuk tuks as needed.

Highly recommended. During our stay in Varanasi they have been of good help regarding all the activities in the city and see all the highlights. Furthermore, I ran into an issue with my luggage (it did not arrive at the airport). The staff, in-house taxi driver and owner assisted/helped me during this quite troublesome issue. Many thanks again, I would come back if I were ever to return to Varanasi!

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au Sugar Stars Inn. Dès l’accueil, le personnel fût aux petits soins pour nous : bouteille d’eau et explications des différentes activités possibles. Ils nous organisé une sortie sur le Gange de nuit sur un bateau à moteur. Moment hors du temps ! C’était incroyable ! Le lendemain, un chauffeur est venu nous chercher pour nous conduire sur différents temples bouddhistes. C’est très utile d’avoir quelqu’un à disposition dans cette ville grouillante de monde. Par rapport aux chambres, ce sont les meilleures que nous ayons eues : literie impeccable, eau chaude, bouteille d’eau et volume sonore correct au regard du bruit dans la ville. Un commentaire en plus pour encenser nos hôtes qui ont été parfaits du début à la fin ! Je recommande fortement pour un séjour à Varanasi.

The people were fantastic

The staff here are absolutely amazing, they could not do enough for you, they sorted out trips for us and any taxis we needed. This hotel is worth going there for the service you receive from staff. I have stayed in 5* hotels who have fallen short of the service here. We were even given a late check out due to our train leaving later in the evening. All in all if you are in varanasi STAY HERE IT IS FANTASTIC WELL DONE SUGAR STARS 🌟

Room service was amazing. Food was really good. Location is 3km away from the ghats, so it’s near enough and not as crazy as the ghat part is. Hotel staff is very kind, and they offered us tours. Even if you don’t a tour with them, they kindly help you taking a rickshaw or a taxi. Bed was comfortable. Room was big, check in and check out was easy. Definitely I would choose this hotel if going again to Varanasi.

The Sugar Star Inn met all my expectations, staff were very friendly with complimentary breakfast and prompt service. Location is central and an easy walk to many of Varanasi’s key attractions and historical sites.

When you get to the lobby is very small, but once you get into the elevator and get into your room, it’s very comfortable, very clean, everything looks as shown in the photos. The personnel will offer you so many options for tours and will explain and recommend you some places to visit. Definitely very helpful!! Bedding was clean, breakfast delicious, staff amazing as well. It’s around 3-5km to main attractions but you can reach to the Ganges by rickshaw easily. You don’t have to walk into labyrinths to get this hotel. It’s just at the side of a street :)

Numuriņš tīrs, ērts,lai gan šur tur prasītos kāds atsvaidzinājums,īpaši vannasistabā. Mums gan sanāca uzturēties šajā viesnīcā īsāku laiku nekā bijām paredzējuši,sakarā ar vilciena kavēšanos,bet tas neietekmēja servisu pašā viesnīcā. No rīta pēc rīta izbrauciena pa Gangu,pasūtījām arī brokastis,kas tiek atnestas uz numuriņu. Ir gan "complimentary Menu",ja tas ietilpst jūsu rezervācijā, gan varat izvēlēties arī ēdienus par maksu

Mūsu rezervācijā bija norādīts "garden view" 😁,jāsaka tas laikam vienīgais par ko nebijām sajūsma,jo skats ir uz mājas pretējo sienu Bet šoreiz mūs tas netraucēja

Fantastic place and great personal :) They took a great care of us even when we were sick and had to stay one full day in our room. They provided us all that was needed :) All staff was so helpful and really did a fantastic job. Veenu from front desk was so dear and helpful :)

The staff here go above and beyond to help. The rooms are comfortable and the shower is excellent! It’s a short tuk-tuk ride to the ghats where all the action is and the staff will help you find other things to do if you ask. Very good value for money. Thank you :)

Персонал очень приветливый. Помогали нам по всем вопросам. Еда очень вкусная. Было чисто в номере. Помогали в отеле с организацией экскурсий, можно взять машину и гида. Или машину без гида. Про локацию: если взять тук-тук, то на нем добираться 10 мин.

Полка для чая расположена над местом, где чемодан. Не очень удобно

Lo Sugar Stars Inn è senza dubbio il miglior hotel della nostra permanenza in India. La struttura è nuova, le stanze curate e pulitissime. Le lenzuola immacolate e il bagno moderno con l’acqua calda funzionante. Lo staff è stato incredibile, aiutandoci per qualsiasi necessità, perfino per contrattare con i tuk tuk. Il servizio in camera è stato puntualissimo e il ristorante dell’albergo molto buono! Abbiamo utilizzato anche il servizio di lavanderia, e anche quello è stato perfetto. La posizione è ottimale per chi cerca un po’ di quiete dal trambusto drlla old town. Che altro dire, consigliatissimo!

We stayed at the Hotel Sugar Star Inn for one night and had little time to see Varanasi. The staff was very well prepared for this situation and helped us a lot to make perfect use of the little time we had. The hotel is about 5km from the Ganges. There are always tuktuks in front of the hotels and the stuff helps you negotiate the fare. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is brought to the room. I would book this hotel again and again and can highly recommend it! Thanks for the friendly stay.

Unfortunately the mattress in the bed was very soft.

I didn't know what to expect from this place, but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathrooms were neat and clean. I think it was renovated not long ago, so everything seemed new. The staff was really nice as well! They have taxi transfers to the airport and Sarnath, also at reasonable prices (maybe just 100-200 rupees premium).

The location is a bit far from the ghats, you need to take a Tuk Tuk first to go half way, then either walk 20min or take another bicycle rickshaw (human-powered) to get close to the ghats. This could cost around 200 rupees one way for both rides.

the hotel had amazing food and the service was also up to mark. I would suggest you people to take a visit here. Keep up the good work guys!! the ambiance was really good .

- I was surprised by the standard of the room, although it has some small things to improve but really good :) - comfortable bed - The employees are helpful and despite the confusion everything was ok in the end - smooth journey from and to the airport provided by the hotel

- very poor breakfast (no breakfast room) - loud music in the corridors on the floors (even after 10pm) - it was not possible to pay by card (in the opinion of the reception my card was wrong - after 10 min when withdrawing from the bank's ATM, it was perfectly fine).
