I liked that we were in a quiet neighborhood in the city. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful!
My washer/dryer didn’t work in the property and after maintenance came to try and fix it I had to go to another unit to dry and dry clothes.

Location was wonderful on beautiful Passeig de Gràcia with architectural gems everywhere you look. Could walk to gothic quarter, sagrada familia and other Gaudi creations. Metro was steps away to quickly get to anywhere in city. Restaurants, grocery store and the best clothing stores at your doorstep.
Apartment was stylish with comfortable beds, good wifi, two tv’s and everything to start or end the day. And most importantly it was quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Staff were wonderful at the hotel associated with the apartments. Daily housekeeping if you choose. Would definitely recommend.
Only one stove burner worked. We ate dinners out so didn’t matter to us.

Really tiny apartment. I considered it way too expensive for what you got. Not sound proof. Cleaning is so loud in the morning, you will wake up hearing vacuum and cleaning stuff talking loudly. And cleaning did not really cared and just opened the door and came in the apartment while we were asleep. The furniture is old. I am 164 sm high but the bed length was not enough for me, poor guests who are higher ). I would not repeat.

The location was great
The apartment was much smaller than it looks in photos and the floors needed to be mopped… we also booked the place for 5 people but it was not prepared for 5 persons; there were only 4 towels, 2 slippers, 2 bathrobes… and no toilet paper on our last night there.

Immaculately clean, great location and access to Hotel Casa Fuster facilities. The suite had everything you could need if you wanted to cook and stay for a longer period. The shower was excellent. Breakfast in Casa Fuster was excellent as was the food And beverages in both the Cafe & Terrace. The staff were all very friendly and professional and the help from the concierge and door team was greatly appreciated.
we would have preferred some English breakfast teabags rather than a coffee machine and specialty teas, Red & Camomile! other than than it was faultless.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They went over and above what we expected. Additional requests were managed swiftly and politely. The breakfast was fantastic.

I have to be honest being our first time in Barcelona, I searched for days on where to stay and also location. This is a 5 star hotel. From the excellent service to the size of the apartment everything was excellent. The location was amazing and also very safe. The bell gus were all super friendly and always lending a helping hand. Alejandro was one of the door guys and he was super nice and very attentive people like him go above and beyond their job. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back to visit. Not one bad thing to say about our stay.

Nice, clean and comfortable for family. All the staffs are so friendly yet professional. The apartment was great, many nice cafe and restaurant nearby and easy to walk to Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. Our room have Sagrada familia views

Never take the roomservice, it's very expensive, €15 for 2 cups of coffee that had surely been sitting there for at least 4 hours and the egg Benedict wasn't really that great either.

Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Having a terrace was nice to be able to sit outside. Our apartment was quiet and a nice escape from the busy pace of Barcelona. The staff at Hotel Casa Fuster (who manage the apartments) were very friendly and helpful.
The neighbourhood was great and we found nice cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

I like the clean apartment, good location, and comfortable.
I called to request a iron because the one in the room was broken, I never got it. The front desk did not make send anyone to replace it. I was disappointed considering the price I paid per night.

only for us could be better if we could have enough beds for everyone in the bedrooms rather than the sofa bed,

The apartments are in a terrible state of maintenance Horrible smell, dirt, repeated blockages in the sinks and even the phones are not working properly so you can not contact the reception and the furniture is tired and ugly. Apparently the hotel underwent criminal neglect during the corona and it hurts me for the dedicated staff who have been working here for years and made the hotel a home away from home. When I arrived they did not even bother to turn on the air conditioner in the apartment which was closed for months and you can describe the heat and the stench when it is 34 degrees outside. In conclusion, without a change of management and thorough renovation, the hotel's score is expected to continue to fall. It's not allowed to come here right now. The situation is bad.
It is important to say. I capitalized to stay another night to give a chance but since then the situation has only gotten worse
