Convenient location. Close to government offices, hospitals and dining venues.

Weak water pressure and heater. Airconditioner not adequate to cool entire room. Broke down on the second day but was fixed immediately.

nothing really. the furniture is in need of refinishing

Requested an extra towel but was told they would only replace if I gave one back. The towels are small and I take a few showers each day coz it’s hot in the Philippines. The TV signal not working and the internet bad. Unfortunately this will be my last stay at Fersal.

the room and place is old. bed linens are old as well. no restaurant in the hotel and breakfast is brought from their other branch

The staff were amazing and the location was great.

We. We’re a little disappointed with the wifi, other than that it was an excellent experience. As a matter of fact we will be booking again on March 3rd and 4th.

I liked the facilities.

I didn't like how I can't request for more toiletries. I was with someone and the toiletries (shampoo) they provided wasn't enough. I also didn't like how I can't request for the next day breakfast in advance. I get how they server breakfast only during 7 AM but we had to check out before that because of our plane flight. We paid for that day's breakfast too so I wanted to get my money's worth and get it the day before instead but they didn't allow it.

This place is extremely clean!! There were no bugs at all, and the hot water gets very hot. Our room had a safe, a mini fridge, TV, electric kettle and 3 beds. will stay again for sure.
