They had to buy electricity so was without power. No internet so the streaming service weren't working.

no hot water cleanness so so condition of the cupboard etc kettle does not fit under the taps 😉

it was close to my meeting venue. Breakfast was served on time

property looked old and the cleaning detergents were strong smelling. The restaurant menu was also limited

It is difficult to major service using picturrs as some of are too old we do not know what it means.

The garden and swimming pool.

Dirty floors, dirty and torn linen both beds. Dirty shower with previous guest hair ect, doesn’t drain water. No towels nor essentials. Main room lights does not work. Dirty walls.

Nothing really. My mother forgot her toilet bag there upon checkout and they have still not responded to my email regarding that. We know for sure that is the last place she saw but they are pretending it is not. They wouldn't even check their cctv when she called to ask.

The room used to advertise the place on Booking.com and the room we actually got were complete opposites. The doors, walls and shower were dirty. We even found a cockroach in one of the beds, so we all had to squeeze in one bed.
