The location
The mattress was very old and the air-conditioning was so loud

Good location with a foodpark in the backyard and a tacoplace next to. Easy to go to Jardin De La Marimba by taxi, only 50 pesos. 10 min walk from OCC busstation.
Good breakfast in the restaurant.
The bathroom was very damp and not good waterpressure in the shower, the bed a bit small (but we had two beds), we had to go ask for towels, there were none in the room.
We were bitten by bedbucks.

They let us check in early after arriving early on an ADO bus. ADO bus is 900m away. Very big bed. Airconditioning. And there was a really good BBQ place on the corner (directly opposite) and a food cart area maybe 30m away. Street just behind the hotel had everything you might need and felt quite safe. Lifts (no stairs!). Uber in the town.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel.
The room was very old and stifling, and with a strong smell of dampness.
The A.C. very noesy and made noise like a tractor.
The sheets were dirty.
And the worst thing was the shower - the water had so poor flow, that it was like taking a shower under few drops.

great location, super friendly staff and comfortable amenities.
Rug was smelly and with lack of cleanness. We opened the window and turn on the AC and everything was ok. Bathroom floor kind of old but nothing to worry about.

Staff were lovely and attentive
We needed a place to stay only one night before an early fight in the morning. The hotel did the the job but was a little bit in need of renovation. The sheets had strange stains and the staff kindly changed out room as soon as it was raised (we figured out later that it was patches of worn out fabric that looked like grease stains).

Location is perfect if arriving by bus. About 15-20 min walk to the center. Bed was big and very comfortable, hot showers and decent wifi. Great value for price.

We stayed here for a night to head to the airport early in the morning. Staff were very helpful and sorted a taxi for us. Room was basic but had everything we needed.

We loved the bed! It was big and comfortable for us. The bedroom was a decent size as well.
There was no hot water. The shower curtain would not close properly so all the water would spill into the bathroom floor, all over the floor of the toilet.

Stayed here due to it's location close to the ADO bus station.
Hotel was clean , comfortable with good wifi and lots of hot water.
There is a busy taco stall across the street that was much appreciated when i arrived late at night .
