It was amazing, beds were comfy, the space was clean and modern, high pressure shower, great kitchen that was kitted out with loads of equipment, location was fabulous. Easy Check in and check out. Excellent communication with host. Highly Recommended *****

Nothing - all was fantastic!

The apartment is exactly as pictured! Clean, cosy, warm and tidy. Two bedrooms: one with family bed and the other with twins beds. We didn't use the kitchen equipment, but you'll find there anything you need. The owner, Luis is very felpfull and kind. We had a problem with our loud neighbours and he managed this in no time. The place is in the middle of the town, near everything, so we just walked anywhere. This is a quiet neighbourhood even though it is in the heart of Capital of Spain. Madrid is a beautiful town and renting this property made our stay more than perfect.

the double bed was a bit small

The apartment was in a perfect location, close to all sights. The property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Communicating with host was easy and prompt. The process to get in was fantastic with a lock box for the keys and detailed instructions.

LOCATION

we were contacted by the owner (to provide check in information - as how to enter the apartment) only in the morning of the check-in (it was a bit stresfull as he did not answer to any messages or phone call (not even to the ones sent by customer service) so we were not sure until the last moment if we have where to stay or not. but in the end everything was OK, instructions were very clear and we found everything in order - really nothing to complain about it. it is important to know (I have not seen this in the description) that one of the bedrooms has no window so it might be very inconvenient for some people (depending on the length of the stay and their sleeping habits)

Charming apartment, great location and the host was beyond helpful and great communication.

It met all of our needs. We were 4 people so the bathroom was a little small but appeared new and was very clean.

The location was perfect, just beside the Plaza Mayor, on walking distance of all the beautiful sites of the center.

Some smaller things were not optimal. The airco did not function in the main bedroom and the coffee machine gave also troubles.

Excellent location! We are near to a lot of shops and eateries. it is safe and peaceful. The apartment has a small historic lift too.

Lighting at the kitchen area was dim. Unlike my apartment in Toledo, here didn’t provide new dish washing sponge and table cloth. No proper place to hang towel.

Great location, close to the old city, nice, charming and spacious apartment with all utilities present. The host is very responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. As a nice bonus you have a well-assorted supermarket next to your front door.

Public transport was a bit far off and lack of parking space is not ideal when traveling with your car. On a funny note, please be aware that the doors are made for the average, smaller, Spanish posture so if you are a bit taller and wider you will have daily encounters with the doors. You'll get used to it ;-)

Well situated. Very basic flat but it met our needs for the one night stay in Madrid. The flat was clean and relatively spacious.

The bathroom is very small and the shower is tiny. It didn't bother me but my son and husband are over 6 foot and they found it tricky. The flat could do with more bedside tables.
