Very friendly Staff, very close to the lake Duluti and to the market of tengeru where you can find everything you need, the breakfast was great and the hotel has all the service you required for a comfortable stay...

We are from israel famaly withe tow kids, the staff was very nice and halpfull, the place is in graet location, and low price for very good cline and comftorble hotel.

Clean rooms, hot showers after exercising and local food I had a great time at New favour, the rooms are neat and clean. The place is quite, tranquil and great for a retreat away from the busy of the towns, it is also close to Lake Duluti, and Serena Spar. Jonhson was a great host (communicated well) and he took us around and showed me and my friends Arusha town the markets etc Great stay !

Sometimes there was electricity load shedding but there was always a generator

The property was located very close to Lake Duluti which was convenient if wanting to visit the lake. The property was good value for the price and was clean. The female staff members were very friendly young women that did the best job that they could, to help with accommodations.

The hotel booking site claimed to provide food (restaurant) and breakfast included, as well as a bar. There was a menu in my room, but the selection of food was very limited (no salads or vegetarian options) There was no bar and no alcohol available, nor was their water or soda that appeared to be available, as well the site had listed vending machines for snacks & drinks, both of which were not present. In addition, the pictured (in photo section) on site, outdoor coffee shop was no longer operating. As well, there was no air conditioning, but rather a ceiling fan.

Terry and the watchman provide a great customer service when they are around. Are the soul of the hotel. Without them the business will definetly close. The building is nice, the rooms are small but comfortable. The watchman is a nice man and a suberb gardener. The road is not too bad. Silent and quiet, surrounded by shambas and nature. Mnt Kilimanjaro is visible from the gate and a visit to the lake Duluti is a must, just 15 min walking.

Booking.com and reality is not balanced. No wifi, no double rooms, no breakfast, no room service most of the time. Payment they want in dollars, no credit card, bank mess. It's like a cash only biz. Manager is not receiving salary and is messy and confused. Complains the property don't pay him salary or invest in the hotel. For me I met the owner and looked taking care of the place the few free time he had. But obviously there's no real management so everything is a mess. Far from the city. Few network coverage.

the location is super, no noisy it is a very quite place, nice and comforting, the staff was so kind and charming and help me a lot during my stay
