Late check in waiting for 45min after 3pm. Only 1 iron for all room & have to use it outside the room. The bathroom door NO lock. Phone inside the room not function. Only 1 channel for tv. Too many dogs outside the hotel. The worst experience.

I would say , value for money. Very helpful and polite staffs . A clean environment especially rooms ( I mentioned rooms coz, i stayed 2 days in two different rooms) . Located at superb location. As for food and entertainments definitely you will love this place .

Warm yellow lights at bathrooms will be nicer currently white . The image might looks even more better if the hotel can invest a little in providing iron and ironing board in every rooms. The rest are well managed according to customers need .

The staff is kind. The room is spacious. They provide bathroom kit and can clean your room everyday.

Check-in wasn't ready on time but I just had to wait for 10 minutes. Some people smoke in the common area as you can find cigarette ends in the stairs and it smells a lot. Wi-Fi connection is terrible and TV is about to die. The neighborhood is empty during the day but very noisy during the night.
