Dieses atemberaubende zweistöckige Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern liegt nur einen Häuserblock von der Upper King Street entfernt und in Gehweite zu den besten Restaurants und Bars der Stadt. Dieses Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und verfügt über Parkettböden, schöne Leisten und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Flachbild-TV. Die Schlafzimmer (alle Queen-Betten) haben Flachbildfernseher. Die 4 Badezimmer sind mit Duschkabinen, Regendusche, Waschtisch aus Marmor, Fliesen, üppigen Handtüchern und Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner für die Gäste. Es gibt einen Parkplatz abseits der Straße. Wir bieten zusätzliche Bettwäsche und kostenloses Kabel & WIFI.

Loved the large common area: living room and kitchen. Each bedroom had private bathroom with shower, plus a bonus toilet off the hall.

This was the perfect place to stay! Beyond clean! I've never seen a place so clean before. Every room was perfect. We had an amazing time. The location was perfect for us to walk to King street and was an easy drive from the airport. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay on Spring St. As we gathered for our nephews wedding in town. Perfect location to walk everywhere. So many great restaurants near by and Charlie’s mart a block away for snacks & beverages. The patio area was quaint and we enjoyed sitting there. Other properties were rented with a wedding group and there were never problems. We all agreed we would stay here again next time.
One caveat - parking is VERY tight, especially with larger vehicles & other properties rented. One of our guests had vehicle damage. Would suggest smaller vehicles park here.

What a wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Charleston and would definitely go back and stay here. The space was perfect for our family. Very close to all the Charleston has to offer, but not too close for all the crowds. The rooms were so nice. The beds were comfy! It was awesome that each bedroom has a private bathroom. Lots of cute little shops and coffee shops near by. Great place! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our family with 5 adults and 2 kids. Bedrooms were good size and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Living and Kitchen space was a good size and we felt like we had plenty of room. Can walk to most places. Would stay here again!

We had no problems with the property. This area of town is a little noisy but it settled down nicely after 10pm. We walked to the historic district both days and then Uber back after dinner.

Great getaway
Excellent choice for 4 women traveling together to shop, dine and sight see the Charleston area. Having plenty of space to relax together with 4 bedrooms w private baths was a huge plus for us. Check in and out was super easy, place was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent again when we go back to Charleston.

The property was very spacious for 7 adults. Loved that each bedroom had its own full bath. Loved the outside sitting area. The one small problem we did have was handled immediately and with many apologies. Would stay again.

105 B Spring Street
perfect 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (all inside the bedrooms) set up. The picture of the living room/kitchen is a little misleading. There are no upper cabinets (shelves only) and the bar/island is really a kitchen table (which worked out better for us). Location is awesome - walking distance to upper King Street

Perfect for families
This was the perfect property for our family of six. Each bedroom was a perfect size, and had it’s own bathroom. The property management reached out each day via a text to check in and ensure everything was okay. Would highly recommend!!

Great place to gather with familyu and friends
Very nice place for our post-Christmas getaway. It is nicely appointed and supplied and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. It's awfully nice to have the 4 bedrooms, each with a private bath. Good communications with the property managers both before and during our stay. Good location in an interesting neighborhood with easy access to Charleston's historic district either on foot or via the city's DASH free shuttle system.

Great location- close to it all
This was a great spot. Stayed here with 2 work friends while we attended a conference. Events for conference and networking events had us all over town and everything seemed to be just a short ride or walk away! Wonderful layout for an adult stay & the bedding was so nice!! Highly recommend!

We had a great time. We stayed with my parents and siblings and significant others (7 total) and there was more than enough space. Large kitchen with almost all the supplies we needed (we did some fairly extensive cooking). Great location as well!
