The beds were very comfortable. The room was a little outdated but nice for the price. The staff was friendly. Love that the location was near the mall and that we didn't have to drive far for food or the grocery store.

Woke up at 3am to use the bathroom and noticed a roach crawling on the nightstand.

There was something sticky about the wood floor. Made your bare feet dirty & shoes got tacky...like poorly cleaned up soda residue.

Hot shower was the best!

I was in the room 17 nights and it was not cleaned at all before or during my stay, the floor had rest from previous guest. After I saw cockroaches I asked to have the room cleaned (twice). They came once after about 10 days, made the bed (no fresh sheets) and exchanged the towels.

Water needs to be a bit warmer (was Luke warm) but they just had it fixed literally right before arriving so it may have just needed some more time.

Eric called to say the hotel was without a water hearted and tried to get me to cancel my stay free of charge. I didn’t cancel. when we got there to check in, I was given a room with one full size bed for 4 people. The lady was so nice but assured us they didn’t have the room I had booked and said because I booked through a 3rd party the room booked could t be guaranteed. never happened to me before, ever! Also when I asked her about the hot water she made out like they had hot water all along. I think Eric called to have us cancel due to over booking and someone else was in my room. so we had one guest in a chair, one on the floor and 2 in the bed. which made for not much sleep and feeling miserable the next day. This has never happened to us before when using booking.com or any other site. we were not happy about the situation but being so late we made it work. We will not stay here again and will rethink using booking.com next time.

I like the rooms. The bed was lumpy though.

The location was a little off. It gave hold on to your purse vibes.

Kitchenette, the beds & linens, the room “supplies” (hair dryer, iron, dishes), tv, parking, washer/dryer availability, convenience shop, and the fact that it’s easy to access off the interstate.

Wish they had breakfast. Wish they had a pool. Due for upgrades—rusty in bathroom, dusty behind front desk, & no pool. Don’t like that it’s pet friendly; there were fleas. We didn’t love the mall area location.
