The location was perfect.

The villa needs updating. The kitchen needs to be re-stocked, glasses, plates, oven trays etc. Very poor. There wasn't enough sunbeds for the 8 of us! The outside furniture was shabby.

The location was good, 5-10 minute walk to the strip, 5 minute walk to the superdino supermarket, the villa was very spacious, with loads of outside space, the pool was perfect for us, not huge and the family really enjoyed it. The beds were super comfortable, best I’ve slept in. We liked that all staircase access had stair gates and the air conditioning upstairs was a godsend.

There were a few things that had seen better days and upon leaving the villa a couple of issues hadn’t been resolved ( some broken tiles on the pool area and a broken outside chair leg), I must say that the other issues we had (broken pool filter cover and a boiler that that nearby blew up) were resolved super fast and with excellent communication between us and Agni travel was second to none. Some areas/items within the villa were a little tired and for the amount of money they command I would’ve expected a more modern feel to the place, dining room furniture past its best and not much in the way of kitchen equipment.

great location, lots of bars & restaurants nearby . a variety of beach’s just a a short walk. was very spacious inside as a party of 7 it was nice to have room without all feeling cramped. beds were very comfy

wasn’t very clean outside and the pool was very dirty on arrival. the cover was also broken . very dated kitchen equipment and what was there was sparse , damaged kitchen knifes etc . the pool heating should be on subject to temperature and not month of use as it was cold as it was cloudy so we didn’t enjoy as much as we would have liked. also pictures are very deceptive as to the size.

The Villa was spacious and very comfortable and exceeded my expectations after reading other peoples reviews. The pool is obviously small but there is plenty of outside space and furniture for sunbathing and eating outside. There was 8 sunbeds and and 2 separate sets of furniture for sitting on. Location was perfect , 10 minutes walk from beach and strip and the area was very quite and peaceful.

When we arrived to check in at 4pm the cleaners had not arrived yet. I contacted the hosts and they sorted it out quickly but as it a substantial property it did take the cleaners a long time to clean and it was nearly 6pm before we could go in. On the positive side they did an exceptional job cleaning, both inside and out. The only other negative I can find is that there is a very bad smell in the basement from the drains when anyone has a shower.

Location was perfect. Great space for a family. We had a family of 8 and everyone had there own space everyone enjoyed there holiday.

Check in time was 4pm and we arrived at 11am so had a long day waiting around with kids. Cleaner's only arrived at 2.20pm to start cleaning so villa was not ready at 4pm. Towels only changed once in the week. Pool checked once in the week.

The location was good.

1 bedroom was in a basement with no window,the villa didn't look or smell as if it had been cleaned before we arrived.

it was spacious with plenty of room, the beds and towes were laid out nicely and the interior is nice

it wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been, the pool was dirty and sunloungers need to be replaced. toilet flush was broken and downstairs shower smelled horrible

Clean, nice pool, safe location, short walk to shops and the beach. We had a comfortable stay. Rooms were a nice size. Lots of space outside to sun bathe. Property has perfect aspect for sun during the day

Some of the furniture is a little tired...like the outdoor seating. There is a little damage to the edge of the pool covered in masking tape that could be easily fixed and would improve the appearance
