El primer día nos costó un poco encontrar el apartamento. Pero lo demás una experiencia maravillosa

Nice place .. very clean and comfortable. I was by myself and enjoyed the place. My sleep was great thanks to the high quality of the bed. I highly recommend it. Very cozy, clean, comfortable and nice place to spend your holidays.

The property was very clean and very well equipped for every need possible. washing machine etc and lovely added touches such as body wash and shampoo. It has eveything you need to cook an evening meal. The walk to the local shop is 5 minutes and 20/25 minutes walk to the ‘nice’ part of town with nice bars. There are some closer but ….. 😬😳 the apartment itself though has no faults, it was lovely and the bed was SO comfy… we have noted the mattress make from ikea for our own home 🤣

As everyone looking at this knows, if you want to stay somewhere without a pool it is considerably cheaper as you pay extra for the convenience of a pool. Do not stay here on the basis there is a pool… it is up to your knees in depth (at the ‘deep’ end that is) and it is FREEZING! like … ice cold!

A really nice and spacious flat and a quite big terrasse with a nice table. Kitchen extremely well-equipped if you want to cook yourself and in general everything in the flat feels new. It´s a 15 minutes walk from the "main" beach (Cucharas), which is a bit annoying if you want to do it more than once per day (but on a very nice road with shops and hotels, nothing dangerous). Consider, at least in September, there is plenty of parking at the beach and parking at the apartment is safe and free.

The apartement was pretty maintenaned and clean. Good location to drive around Lanzarote. Pool in common aerea was nice too.

Pity that there were parts of the condo under renovation.

We are so happy to have rented this place it’s Great house with a good price , lots of details , peaceful , everything is new!!! lots of kitchen amenities, oven, blender, and the bed it’s just so comfy ,it was ages I didn’t sleep like that , you can see a lot of love and professionalism in many details that made our stay super good when we were at home , location wise is in the middle of the island so close to everything and still at 5min walk from the beach , we loved it , we sure gonna be back !!! Thank you
