The spaciousness of the room was fantastic. The bed was comfy and the hotel overall was very clean and quiet. The staff was especially helpful!

The breakfast wasn't incredible but was overall decent as far as hotel breakfasts go!

Clean and everyone was nice.

Anita was very nice in helping us enjoy our 2 night stay in Catoosa. She checked us in with a cheerful attitude and provided us with the necessary info we requested, like a good Mexican restaurant to go.

All was good, no complaints.

This place was excellent can not say anything bad. Clean, comfortable beds, great showers, and front desk staff the best.

Friendly helpful staff. Facility was clean. Breakfast was adequate and well stocked. Staff kept up with refilling food.

The hot water on the 4th floor required close to 5 minutes of running the water to get warm. The cold water did not work in the sink. The room for two people had only 1 chair - but there really wasn't room for a second chair, so if small rooms are a deal killer this one isn't for you. They skimp on towels - strictly two to a room, on the ecology band wagon - unless you go down to the desk and ask for more. The desk was very helpful, just wish they'd realize women who wash their hair need 2 towels each for a shower.

I was charged twice but they were good at correcting this issue..

was a nice room, nice bathroom and shower with good temperature control and nice television and lighting

the bed and the room could have been cleaned better and the breakfast was disappointing

would have been nice had the staff and managers not been completely rude and devious in the running of the facility, the “manager” hung up on me for wanting my money back

everything, I was treated as a slimy skeezeball the second I walked through the door because of the type of car I chose to pay for, I wasn’t informed about the extra seperate charges I’d be charged for after being asked if I had enough funds on my card to cover all charges but not told the amount of charges, the attemptedly charged on multiply occasions for the same charge then told by the manager after the money had been taken from my acct to provide an additional card or they would cancel the reservation. all in all it was a horrible experience and I will not be back
