This house was perfect for our soccer tournament at seaside. We could walk or drive to the event. So close to downtown and the beach. The house was pretty darn perfect. There was a sign on the jetted tub to not use the jets because they leaked. However it still leaked even without the jets on. More concerned for the downstairs ceiling than anything else. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra pillows and linens. The room with a bunk bed was great for kids. And the youth loved having three tvs to put video games on. We used the grill and stove and everything worked well.
There was however a funny situation that I tried messaging the number they were communicating to me with but never heard back. There was a funny fishy smell from the moment we stepped into the house. Later in our stay in the bunk bed room I found a bunch of old sushi folded up nicely into a blanket that was in the closet. I discarded it, washed the blankets, yet the next two days there was still a fishy smell in the house. We played hide and seek for more sushi or anything else that might be causing the smell, but no luck. All said and done it was something to laugh about and didn’t ruin our trip. Would stay there again.

Great property, great location and cool house! TV room is awesome and a sports fan’s dream! Beds are comfy and plenty of room throughout. Shed is well equipped for any local/beach activity. Love the location being far enough away from downtown that it’s quiet and beach is all yours, but close enough to walk or a 3 minute drive to the fun of downtown Seaside. Love this property!!!

Due to an issue with the condo we had booked three months ago, on arrival to check-in they told us that they had to move us, but had no room. The lovely people at Vacasa found us this wonderful gem as a replacement stay, and we are so glad they did. The house is absolutely beautiful. I had no idea that it existed, but it was kismet. My family and I loved the home. It is close to the beach, and not far from the Promenade. It was beautifully clean, the rooms were spacious and the master King sized bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My only wish was that the Jacuzzi tub was working - there's a leak, and I hope that gets fixed in the near future because we are definitely going to stay here again. If it weren't for the error from the prior condo, we never would have found this wonderful home to have our weekend stay in. The fireplace, the fire pit, the big kitchen. The story behind the home was bittersweet and endeared us even more to it. We will be happy to book here again the next time we visit - we are only about two and a half hours away. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This lovely home was extremely comfortable for our rainy February visit to Seaside. Our family really enjoyed the gas fireplace (living room ) and the gas stove in the media room after blustery walks on the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice home- feels cozy! There’s definitely a touch of a family in the home decorations. The location to downtown is definitely doable —We walked both the promenade walkway and through the neighborhood! The beach is just a block and a half away -if you have a load of beach equipment ya gotta have a wagon. They have a great bbq grill that looks pretty darn new and works great. Make sure if you want to use the living room fireplace you confirm that it works. It was not working for our stay; however, the little one in back TV room worked great and heated up the room.

Everything we needed in the kitchen for making meals. Beds were wonderful, we all slept great.
Beach was within a few blocks so easy for walking. Also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely consider renting this place again when we visit Seaside next year.

Everything! The home is incredibly cozy but not small. The beds offer dream like comfort. The ocean is a very pleasant 4-5 minute stroll and plenty of sand to settle in to. And the location is perfectly far enough away from the busiest part of town.

Loved the house, only issue was bunk bed ladder not attached so a little dangerous with toddlers sleeping there. House clean other than there was a fine black powder of some sort that was in several kitchen drawers, had to wash thing before we could use

A year later, second stay, same great 5 star service
Unlike a year ago the weather was not so great but it did not matter because the house is large enough for a family of four to roam around. Teens love the TV's downstairs and everything was super clean. The highlight of the trip was when the rain and wind all stop at once and we had a nice sunset and a fire on the beach with full moon. Nature at it's best. Hope to be back soon.

Weekend getaway
The house is just as pictured so it was exactly what I expected. Plenty of space for all of the family that came with us. We couldn't figure out the 3 tvs in one of the living rooms but we got the big one to work so that was good enough for us. The only downfall the house had was the WiFi didn't really work upstairs, the tv in the master wouldn't connect so no tv in bed for us. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again!

Safety and Cleanliness
I've stayed at Vacasa property rentals a lot, so has my family. This property I've stayed at 2x in the last few months as well as another during that time frame. This unit has declined in cleanliness substantially. Food and ants on the floor, fingerprints covering the doors, stains, food splattered on the ceiling. The windows on the downstairs floor were all unlocked, the bar that keeps the sliding glass door open wasn't secure when I arrived leaving it unsecured on my first trip here in March. The code hadn't been changed since my last trip to this rental and there is not a way to secure the code pad lock. Anyone can reuse that code and come into the unit from past rentals. I didn't feel safe and the cleanliness of this and other Vacasa seaside rentals has notably declined and in Covid no less. They up charge for amenities but the propane tank was out of the fire pit and I've had to apply extra cleaning when checking in lately. Still recommend but have realistic expectations.

A little gem in Seaside
We had everything we needed and more. We lucked out on the weather, but if the weather were rainy or windy there is enough to do here indoors. Five minutes walk to the beach or town where you find everything you need. Great boardwalk from one side of the town to the other that is lit up at night. Hope to return to this five star home.

Location, Space and Comfort=Our BEST vacation rental
This house absolutely made our vacation so enjoyable. We had six in our group and the nights that we stayed in were comfortable and everyone had space to gather or spread out. The fireplace was a lovely feature to enjoy on chilly evenings. If you want restful sleep they have the most amazing mattresses!! Including a purple mattress and some adjustable ones. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. I told my son I wish we had a bike to go on a ride and then opened then she’s to see all then great amenities to use during our stay. I could go on and on. These homeowners know how to make a vacation home so hospitable. A+

Nice living room for coffee,wine by the fire. Covered barbeque, and fire pit. Bikes. Large tv room with 3 TVs and reclining couches. Good internet, for bing watching. Beach is a couple of blocks away is only drawback.
