No nos ha gustado el trato de la dueña Kholoud , no nos ha dado ninguna atención y no contestaba a los mensajes , y era borde hablando .

The apartment itself was great. It was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed, including a washing machine.
The staff wasn't friendly at all when we arrived. They didn't speak English and hurried us. All they could say to us was: passport, passport! We didn't understand what was going on and didn't get any explanation. The property staff didn't want us to enter through the reception area, we had to walk around and take the back door. We unfortunately didn't feel welcome.
The swimming pool in the pictures is available, but costs a whopping 13 dollars per person to use. This is not mentioned on the page anywhere. Neither is it mentioned that the available housekeeping costs 15 dollars.

Appartamento ampio, ristrutturato e molto confortevole. Personale gentile e disponibile.
Eravamo in 4 e ci hanno dato solo un'asciugamano a coppia. Almeno un paio a testa dovrebbero esserci.

The host was helpful, Miss Khloud. The apartment is clean
I had to wait in the street not in the reception. The security did not allow me and my family to the reception desk. We had to wait in the street until the host came. The secruity members are not decent.

Amazing. Beautiful interior and well designed. Clean and family friendly very good location and well secured with 24/7 security. The host Khloud was very professional and speaks fluent English.

i liked everything. The only think it could be improved is having toilette goods such shampoo and conditioner and some coffee. For a short stay travelers do not usually bring these items along with them.
The view is really bad but the location 7 injures from the airport is excellent.

The host’s communication was great. really friendly. also allowed us to check out a bit later than the normal check out time. very understanding towards our later flight time. would definitely book again if in the area or flying from Cairo. very close to the airport.

Nice apartment
This is NOT Sheraton - you should stop matching Sheraton’s name to your accommodation, it’s a SCAM. We could not check-in at the reception and had to wait 45 minutes for the landlady to arrive. The apartment is nice and recently refurbished, but the overall service is very poor quality. lastly, despite the hotel is close to CAI airport, the reception doesn’t even offer a transfer to and from the airport. We had to agree on that with the landlady directly.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very close to the airport so suited our needs perfectly for a stop over.

Supporting staff, the apt. is is clean, tidy, the pool is looked after and the parking facility is good
some furniture require renovation. the location beside Al-Nasr Rd make it a bit noisy very late evenings.

The apartment was great. The arrangements to provide us the room at the last minute was awesome. We had great communication and the apartment had the necessary conditions to bring us comfort.
I did not like much that we had just one towel for the two bedroom apartment. As tourists, we should be told to bring that but we were not local tourists so that is something that can improve. Other than that, we really enjoyed the time we stood there.

I may have not read the details, but the apartment does not have towels or top sheets (respecting that not all countries use top sheets, but if you prefer, you may want to know.). Would love to have dish soap,etc too.
