Vi hadde store forventninger til stedet, men da vi kom inn på rommet, var det veldig skittent på veggene og rundt om på rommet. Det var flekker i forskjellige farger, noe som var veldig ekkelt. I tillegg til dette fikk vi et skittent håndkle. Vi sa ifra om dette til verten dag 1, hvor de ba oss om å sende bilder. Vi sendte bilder og gjorde som de sa. De brukte ekstremt lang tid på å svare oss, og vi fikk aldri noe nytt håndkle. Dette er svært uprofesjonelt. Dusjene var også dårlige da det så vidt var noe trykk. Når man sier ifra om noe, forventer man en profesjonell part å forholde seg til samt at de tar tak i problemet. Her ble det ikke gjennomført.

Excellent location, easy walk to loads of tourist spots and a quick walk to Temple station. The flat is located in a quiet corner too so not many people about and quiet during the evenings.

The room is quite small, not a lot of space for two suitcases. Paying for the location which is excellent, and London accommodation is quite expensive, but pretty expensive for what you get.

We loved the location, the room was pretty clean and had everything necessary.

They took an extra 35 pounds, that surely weren't there or noticable when I originally made the order, like another website (Abnb), pretty annoying. The bed was not comfortable for us - very soft, and the shower was very weak and the height not adjustable. Other than that it really has everything and is very well located, and was generally nice.

The location was fantastic. Very central and as soon as you walk out the door, you're surrounded by beautiful, old architecture that instantly makes you feel inspired. The check-in process was uncomplicated (via code) and the wifi worked without a problem. Everything was adequately clean too. I liked that there was a hairdryer and ironing board, and USB outlets next to the bed. AC/heater worked fine.

I will say that for the price, I expected more. The room is tiny and there's no place to sit down and eat together, even though there is a shared kitchen in the building. The shower head was broken and would not stay up. Worst of all: extremely weak water pressure, and the hot water runs out pretty quickly. I showered for approx. 6 minutes and my partner, who went after me, had to finish his shower with lukewarm water. The window in the bathroom doesn't properly close all the way, so it's always cold even though the heaters were on. The safe didn't work. For the price, I just expected a bit more.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from Temple station and not too far on foot from Covent Garden. Great wifi connection and clean space, as pictured in the photos.

The mattress was uncomfortable, it felt like we were sleeping on springs, could do with a new one. The accomodation is on top of a bar, it can get a bit noisy for those who are light sleepers, we left the air conditioning on so it wasn’t too bad.

The cleanliness is excellent. It's super clean and we appreciate much about this.

If the hotel could provide shower gel instead of soap, it will be much better.
