De kamer is ruim en heeft alle mogelijke benodigdheden zoals een haardroger en strijkijzer. De locatie is ook echt top!
Op de matras valt echt niet te slapen, je voelt de veringen in je rug en zij als je wilt slapen. Ik heb geen oog dichtgedaan zó oncomfortabel.

The location was great. All of the information needed was in the first message. We were in walking distance to lots of great sights: Buckingham palace, Big Ben, Westminster, subway, train, shopping and theaters.
The room was minimally all we needed. It would have been nice to have laundry available, but the listing was 100% accurate, laundry was not listed or offered. Nothing was bad about the listing. Would stay again for a shorter stay, not 8 days.

Great location - room is small. Ok for one or 2 nights. Would stay again.
We would suggest fresh towels for stays over a few days. Also basic cleaning supplies for longer stays. To wipe down bathroom sink and desk. Microwave would have been appreciated too.

The location is exceptional - you have direct line from the airport and the Tube (subway) is just 2 min away, so it will make any further sightseeing of London a lot easier. I like the apartment, it’s clean and cosy and you have restaurants, cafés and stores literary steps away. Host was very helpful and polite so I highly recommend this property if you want to be in the urban area, but not too crowded or noisy.

The location was great, the room was large and airconditioned, and there were a mini fridge and a kettle in the room.
The blinds didnt actually block out the light and could probably be replaced with curtains. In addition, the bathroom felt a little small.

Location was fantastic. 2 mins from Covent Garden tube and within 15 min walking distance maximum of the West End theatres (most are closer).
Description of how to get into the property. The address is Long Acre but the entrance is actually on Bow Street. Once you know, you know but it's a little disconcerting if you are new to the property.

superb location and everything you need for a short stay. Room a bit small for longer stays, especially because there‘s storage room missing in the mini bath. But it‘s great price for value! Regarding staff, communication and help was quick and they attended to our needs. eg the hot water didn‘t work upon our arrival and they sent someone the same day while we were out to fix it. Checkin was also well-organized
the inconvenience were the lack of hot water on the first day and the absence of proper light-blocking shutters for a good night‘s sleep. Also, please mind it‘s a small room only, not a holiday house (no living room, kitchen or the like available)

Perfect location. Comfortable bed and had air conditioning which was perfect for summer. Everything was very clean.

For 4 nights 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel was not enough 😒 I text the contact for 2 more towels and was told 'no service'

5 days in and it was never cleaned or towels/toilet paper replaced, small bathroom, and difficult access due to the lack of space
