The location was great and the rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were very nice with a walk-in shower and the amenities were good.

The elevators were truly some of the eeriest elevators I’ve ever encountered. There were no floor buttons inside. You had to use a screen pad outside the elevator to choose your floor, and sometimes you had to scan a key card and sometimes you didn’t. I couldn’t find a pattern for that, so I would often just slide my key card against the wall (?) just in case. One time we picked the wrong floor and didn’t get off and the elevator then closed and took us to a random floor and we just sat there inside. I had to press the door open button to get out. They also have a rooftop bar which is very nice, however sometimes the button to get there was on the elevator pad and sometimes it wasn’t. Of course, when we wanted to go up there around 9:30pm, the button wasn’t there so we had to go all the way down to the lobby, walk out of the elevator to a man standing at a golden podium with a red velvet rope, and tell him we wanted to go to the bar. He then proceeded to walk (not an exaggeration) 4 paces to the elevator, scan his own keycard, and usher us through. It was bizarre. Also, the wifi wasn’t free.

Always amazing! This is my 4th time staying here, it's always so clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpfull. They had a welcome note with some goodies in my room this time and that just felt extra special.
