Location and cleaning with amenities it was good

Staff behavior was so bad, it was too hot in august there was no fan and no ventilation in rooms,

Nice place to stay with family. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. It had 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 3 sofa beds and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms were decent size and so was living room. View was ok, our apartment was on 2nd floor out of 3 floors in total. We could see the adjoining hotel Gudauri Residence hills. All rooms face this hotel. Not much view of the gigantic hills all around the hotel. Overall good option for families.

Norma option to stay in Gudauri

the staff is very unprofessional, they are not helpful at all, not even smile.for example: - We called the reception to send somebody to open the balcony door and they didn’t send anybody. - We asked about the restaurant at the hotel and they didn’t give us any information and advised to eat outside, so we decided to eat at the hotel nearby and it was much better than ours. - We called at the evening to send some drinks to the room like tea or coffee, and they answered that they don’t have and we had to go to the shop at 1:00 AM - for all tourists planning to come, you can see other options at the same area. they are some nice hotels with good staff.

Did not take breakfast but thy refused to give us coffee on ala carte.

Ski depot (storage) can’t make your boots dry for one night. Cleaning guy makes his job bad. Spa is switching off at 6:00 pm, and I don’t understand why.

Restaurant is closed

The location is great, it’s just steps away from the ski slope and close to the main road modern and contemporary hotel with a very friendly employees and wonderful customer service and spa. Me and my friends checked in on 02.03 and checked out on 07.03 we really enjoyed staying in this hotel and highly recommend it if you are looking to have a great ski experience along with spa and tasty food. we would love to come back here next year and hope to enjoy the restaurant in the hotel on 2d floor where the views are just incredible and there is a feeling of a winter fairytale.

The location was on a different building, went to the other one without any help knowing that we were 15 of us, no concierge service, the value vs no breakfast options is somehow shocking, difficult to communicate .WIFI wasn’t working until we chased for it, swimming pool was nice though but not the in charge

no service or concierge , or small help, like asking for a toothbrush since it’s rated as FOUR STAR !! and you don’t have one piece it’s not really worth it. language barrier since it’s a burden to try to communicate with the staff

The rooms were very nice although small for a family of more than 6.

The receptionists can be a bit rude and does not seem to have the concept of going the extra mile or being hospitable. Not completely sure if it's because of limited understanding of English. Although a last minute booking and being more than 6 hours from arrival time when booking was made we were allowed to go up to our room while still being cleaned and had to wait in the corridor for them to finish.

it was comfy and pool facilities were good

The location of property was far from chilling places like bars and clubs or pubs, that you need to take taxi which cost 20 Lari to go and additional 20 Lari to come back.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staffs The rooms are very spacious. The kitchenette has a sink, stove, microwave, cutlery, plates, pots and utensils.

They don’t provide any dishwashing soap, detergent, tea, coffee or sugar

Room is big,good kitchen with almost all necessary staff. Washing machine.

No water,coffee or tea in room itself. Bad planning of showers, all water is on floor on whole bathroom after taking the shower.
