Worse experience in this so called “ luxury 4 bedroom apartment”! None of the description of this property matches to its current condition. There is no “Mountain View” as shown in the real photos I uploaded, the view outside the flat is lots of old unfinished flats in a rough area of Tbilisi. They even lied about the entrance of this property, the entrance is where the dumping trashes are, smelly and disgusting. We had to pass by a dead Rat for the first few days on the entrance, and they didn’t bother to remove or contact the council to clean up. They’ve put a picture of next door restaurant as their front entrance. The owner was so rude to us from the beginning and unfortunately we accepted cash payments on arrival, so we couldn’t withdraw our money and cancel the stay and she didn’t agree to refund and event threatened us that you won’t get a penny of this money, you can leave if you’re unhappy. We made this booking for 24 days, It was actually a big mistake that we haven’t checked the flat thoroughly and we trusted them once we walked in and seen the design. Inside the beddings was disgustingly dirty that you would not want to see it. Also you could notice that they’ve not even changed the sheets etc as you could see hair on them. I added the photo of inside the pillow cases that you can see the big smelly stains on them. When I complained about this she said you don’t have to see the inside, the outside is clean and that’s enough! We have a newborn baby with us that I was scared of catching disease, but unfortunately they don’t care for these things. There was not enough cutlery and plates in the kitchen for 4 people and it was also disgustingly dirty kitchen stuff in the cupboards. The pots were dirty with so much black scab on them not meeting hygiene standards to use them. There was also water cuts for 5 days, the owner have provided 50 litres of water for 6 of us plus the baby. We couldn’t take any showers and cook properly.

The property is absolutely fantastic and very good value for money. A big special thanks to our hosts David and his wife, they were amazing and certainly went out their way to help us on numerous occasions, I can honestly say nothing was too much trouble for them. if you are looking for a wonderful apartment with hosts that really care then I 100% recommend this property, once again thank you David for all your help, it was very much appreciated.

Honestly, There is nothing negative I can say

1. The apartment is in good location. 2. Affordable and clean 3. They respond to our request and the owner is nice to keep our luggage..

1. The entrance to the apartment is not ok.. I suggest that please inform the guest 2. The wifi slow sometime, Heater is not working sometimes but they can fix it.. Interior light are blinking etc. 3. The owner of the apartment should make all the necessary repairs before guest arrival. That's my suggestion only.. 4. They should post also the whole condition of this apartment. Or advice the guest.. ( So that. The quest can adjust also and inform their visitors) 5. Smell cigarettes ( unfair to the non smokers guest like us) 5. They should also inform the guest ahead about about important things. Like example. On going construction, place is hard to locate, need to pay the elevator.

It was perfect stay. 4bedrooms - clean and have a conditioner. Bathrooms are clean. Perfect location.
