Spacious apartment with great Proximity to beach, hot pools and restaurants
Master bedroom bed was extremely firm and the curtains way too sheer- the light poured in. No remote for air con unit either.

Location, close to beach. Pool and spa is awesome. Smart Tv, large opening living area.
Was tidy but not clean. Need a new cleaner. Found hair in the sheets when opend double bed. Fold out couch had dirty sheets. Some of the dishes were dirty. Second room very small with no windows and bunks were not very comfy. Bathroom was dusty and for the price expected to be clean. Cleaner was rude, knocked on door and said we were supposed to be out at 10am when said 10.30am on instructions.

Longer access to the pool would have been nice and a clock down there would have been handy!

Spacious apartment and location
No reception, need to follow instructions to collect key. Only 1 air conditioner in living area. (in summer the unit can get warm) No ventilation in corridors. Parking very tight and difficult to get luggage out of vehicle.

Great master, lovely lounge and dining. Great location close to beach and hot pools.
Kitchen dated, laundry facilities not useable as was filled with electrical equipment. NOT a second bedroom.. this was a small windowless nook with a bunk (ladder not attached). Quite noisy but not sure what you could do about this (boy racers?).

The bed was very comfortable and also the new lounge suite was comfortable.
The dining suite was nice.
The apartment wasnt as clean as it should have been, but after talking to Lina the cleaning lady returned to rectify a few issues. Unfortunately, some basic condiments were lacking, milk, coffee.
No waste bin in the bathroom. The room was quite smelly and we had to buy a soy candle to remove odours.

Bed broken,milk is left over from last tenancy.locked cabinet show’s private.if it is private please take it away from motel. Air condition smells.Car park unbelievably small.can not get out from drivers door.yes you need to be a ninja to get out of your car.

the location
the owner of the property was rude and made us feel uncomfortable staying there like we were being watched/spied on. they made us pay a bogus charge which wasn’t much so we just paid but we felt really uncomfortable doing it, I checked the price on booking.com and the rules and there was nothing about this charge in there. the owner also turned up early for check out and came in and started cleaning the apartment while we were still there. it was a weird experience to be honest and we had a 1 year old with us so we were happy to be out of there at the end of the stay.

Beautiful apartment and location. Comfy beds. Very clean. Enjoyed the heated pool which was nice and shallow for the kids.
Overpriced for a one night stay. No helpful communication with the resort staff as this apartment is managed privately and there's some tension between them and the owner. We weren't aware of this when doing the booking.

Main bedroom had a large comfortable bed and lounge furniture was nice.
On arrival drier had wet towels in it. Empty milk bottle in the fridge and no milk to make anything for us. Car park is small. Because of this and the vehicle next to us I had to get out the passenger side. The "second bedroom" is no more than a storage room with no window and a most uncomfortable bunk bed in it. The master wardrobe was full and no room for us to use.
