beach was beautiful, tiki bar was lots of fun, drink service on the beach was great - all staff very kind and friendly

couches in living room a little uncomfortable, but not a huge deal

i know my trip was planned a couple of weeks before but the staff was not prepared for our arrival. They were aware of my arrival as soon as I booked it, took more than half the payment a few days later and then proceeded to contact me the day before to take the rest of the payment. then instructed me if the room wasn’t ready by 4 that I could leave my luggage there and walk around. I’m sorry but this was not acceptable, we traveled very far to only be told they didn’t know when we would be able to get in the room. I had to call around 5 because I had not heard from them and firmly inform them to have our ready within 30 minutes because we had children and our senior parents with us. Once we were told we could “check in” we arrived 20 minutes later to unmade beds, no towels, cabinets hanging off the wall, and no working televisions. It was an unpleasant first impression to say the least. The entire condo smelled old and of nasty water. One of the showers leaked everywhere. I could go on.

Holds so many people very well. Was very clean!

The bunk rooms were a little hot but fans kept it cool.

Pool,ocean plenty of room and Brooke is the best.Always in touch

The apartment pictures does not match what I walked into. The price does not match the apartment. It’s wasn’t clean or updated. This place could use some tender love and care.

Everything!! At first it was ... a little iffy because of all the college kids.. but, it turned out to be a very memorable trip and the college kids did their own thing!!
