Very helpful lady working at the reception when I checked in.

The location was excellent, we were given a cheery welcome, private room was clean, kitchen was clean and well equipped, bathroom was clean.

We felt that a couple of tiny thoughtful additions would make a persons stay more comfortable. A decent mirror in room 6 (close to a plug) would be great. A hook in the gent’s shower for your clothes/towel would save things getting wet on the floor.

Excellent location, spacious kitchen, separate lounge, and all on the forefront facing the harbor. I've stayed in a feemale dormitory which only has 3 beds, and it was great. There is a separate female toilet and the shower, which is heated. Super clean with good pressure. Hostel has a patio (I did not use it, as it was still chilly outside, but it's a great addition) Very comfortable bed and a nice linen. Tashi was super helpful during my stay, and I highly recommend this hostel.

very friendly staff, specially the barman boy is so friendly. we forgot to ask his name but thank you mate:) the hotel is in very good location with a wonderful view. clean and comfortable. they have a very good setvice restaurants. you might book in advance for dinner. It is so popular.

Room was big and clean, so were the bathrooms. Maybe there Is not an awful amount of showers but that's fine. Great position!

Had a lovely conversation with Sharon about the Tobermory Cat. Liked my view of the harbour. Shower was very good and the accommodation was clean and tidy.

When I booked, I thought it included breakfast, it didn't. There was a hole in the ceiling and no drawers or cupboard and just a few hooks & hangers on one wall next to the single bed. It was a triple room but with shared toilet/shower & kitchen facilities. Only 1 unisex toilet 1 floor down and 2 other male only toilets and showers 2 floors down. (Ladies facilities on top floor). Only 1 double power point right next to door. Couldn't open bottom part of window. Key in lock was a bit dodgy as well.

The location is fabulous, right in the heart of Tobermory. The staff are amazing, very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. The resident Tobermory cat also pops by to say hello, too cute.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, everything is available in the kitchen, the beds are comfortable, showers nice and hot.
