Everything about this apartment is great, facilities and location, plus Lorenzo the host was super helpful and friendly. Well worth a visit!!

Nothing could be better

Very nice apartment with a really well cared and colorful small garden in front of it. The apartment was clean and spacious and matches the images. There is a nice terrace in front and you can sit there as there is virtually no traffic on the road in front of the house. It is not a problem to find a parking spot in front of the house (at least Mid May). The apartment is designed as a SMART Home, so you can control various things (like lighting, air conditing) with a control pad/Alexa or an app. It is a little confusing first, but once you get the hang of it, it is a really cool feature. You can nevertheless control everything the normal way with switches as well, so it is not necessary to use the SMART Home Functions. The owner was very responsive to our questions and also provided very detailed guides on the house, the SMART Home and even a self-written 70-page travel guide for the area! You can reach the city center, various supermarkets and restaurants within five to ten minutes on foot.

The server that controls the SMART HOME is in front of the bedrooms and makes some small noise due to the cooling fans. To keep out this noise, you need to close the doors of the bedroom. But then it is a little bit difficult to get fresh air into the bedrooms as they only have doors to the garden which can only be opened fully. So there is no window in the bedroom to open partially and we did not want to sleep with an open door to the outside at night (although it does have a net to protect against moskitos)

The property was super clean and had everything you could need and more for a holiday! 2 mins by walk to supermarket, 5mins to Centre and 15 mins to some of the most stunning beaches and host Lorenzo was just brilliant, didn’t want to leave! Quiet area with nice garden was added bonus

Very nice apartment with all necessary equipment, quite street, nice garden and oudoor terrace, despite of very hot weather it was not hot inside, because of ground floor, we didn´t have to use air condition, parking on the street in front of the house without problem. Perfect place if you have car and want to discover different beaches nearby. Beaches near Villasimius are so beutiful. Very close to supermarket. Host very kind and helpful, he was not there, but no problem to call or sms, he always answered and helped with anything. I really recommend it.

We were very happy with the place. It was clean, confortable and well located. Lorenzo, the owner, answer all our requests very quickly. We highly recommend this place to anyone. The small garden with the olive tree and the outdoor shower was great for us.
