Amazing staff & lovely, spacious and clean room, good location for Disney and the train station.

Breakfast could do with more selection for example bakery items, free shuttle bus however doesn’t get you to Disney for opening, however the train is so cheap and close to the hotel

Breakfast was good but not enough selection of fruit. There was only watermelon and cantaloupe melon and nothing else. Bananas, apples, etc would have been nice to ensure you have have a varied good diet.

The breakfast as said before needs more fruit. Applies, bananas, kiwis, dragon fruit etc. just melon is not fun.

Close to shopping and Metro. Breakfast was good. Shanghai Disneyland only one stop away on Metro.

Amazing breakfast, convenient spot for Disneyland goers with free shuttle, great value. Also enjoyed the robot that brought up things like delivery.

The property is located close to metro station. There are enough restaurants / coffee shops within 2-mile range. The place is quiet / friendly and good locality with greenery all around. I took evening strolls in the neighborhood and was very relaxing. The rooms are very good. Spacious, clean with all necessary amenities. I stayed for 4 days, and my room was properly cleaned each day. Bed was soft and comfortable. Breakfast as an Indian was decent. I will expect some more dishes for an American breakfast. Staff is very friendly and quite helpful. There were always English-speaking staff at the reception. Its value for money.

There is no day dining or in room meal facility. The longue area is small and there was no coffee shop to sit and relax during the day.

Coffe break focused on local Chinese.. like I’m western was so good! But rich in options (for Chinese)..

Quiet and clean.

The staff didn’t charge for the deposit when I checked in. After that when I checked out they charged me double and they can’t find the way out. So bad.

The location was close to a Metro Station, but also close to Shanghai Disneyland. The use of a DiDi (China's version of Uber) was fairly inexpensive.

I would like to have had breakfast earlier, but 5:00 AM may be unreasonable. I was there on business that required me to be at the Disney resort at 5:45 AM. No time for breakfast.
