We have family living about 700 metres away, so the location was perfect. Oroklini is a fairly quiet village, not really on the tourist map, although it is only a short bus ride to Larnaca.

A beautiful apartment - spacious, clean and great views of the coast. The facilities were very good with a good new washing machine, nice shower and all TV channels. The beds were comfortable and it was a real pleasure to stay there with walks around the Oroklini Hills on our doorstep.
It would have been helpful to have basic household products available from the start - including washing up liquid, some oil and salt and pepper etc. It would have made it a little easier after a late arrival. very minor - largely around the doors. The veranda window door did not lock. the front door to the apartment had to be slammed to close it. The front door to the whole block was not closing automatically after a while - and would sometimes be left open.

Great fairly large apt, where there really is very comfy space for up to 4 adults.
Great views over the bay from a lovely south facing balcony.
Dedicated parking fine for a medium sized car. Elevator. Fine ACs.
The village center with several restaurants, and a few convenience stores, is about 10 minutes walk away - it's a bit steep, but reasonably well lit at night - and the area is very safe.

Excellent and roomy apartment, with very good furniture and kitchen stuff. Fabulous views over Larnaca Bay.
South facing large and very pleasant balcony. Location is very nice and quiet high up on hillside. Parking on site is fine, and preferably a small to medium sized car is definitely required, but then everything is in easy reach. Washer, Wifi, TV, and lots of multi-country channels work fine.
Very prompt response to any query and request for assistance. It really works.
Two very good sized bedrooms with excellent beds - it really would fit even 4 grownups.
No issues at all, that I could see anywhere.

A very well appointed apartment with good views from a spacious balcony. A couple who were engaged as local off site caretakers saved the day regarding all the issues we had to contend with. They were angels
We did not know that the owner was in the UK, nobody was at the property to greet us and we discovered the the instructions to access the property were only sent via the internet after we had left the UK. The water heater tripped the electrics and after hours with no power we found an external master trip switch. The WiFi and internet TV were not working and eventually it was discovered that decorators had incorrectly reconnected the wiring.

The apartment was clean
The bed was like a brick,the TV box did not work there was no hand soap no washing up liquid. Only one toilet roll for 3 people for two nights, the pool was dirty and the sun beds ripped not usable no other seating area around the pool. The reason we went was for the pool,and the drains were smelly

The apartment block is very quiet with all other apartments being residents not tourists and out all day we believed. The pool was lovely, no one else used it in our 2 weeks stay . Clean pool with fresh clear water. It is easy to walk to pubs, supermarkets and restaurants .
No aircon in main double bedroom. Only ceiling fans and portable fans. Beds by pool are to be replaced soon, delay due to covid. Parking space a bit tricky to get into with a large car.

We visited at the beginning of August. Family of four. It was perfect. The people responsible for the house were eager to help with some minor problems we had and were always available. It was a Good choice. Nice and quiet and as described. Thank you.
