This house is located on a nice quiet street. This home smells clean and fresh. Extremely well maintained, very comfy enough beds and lounging space. Clean nice pool, dream rental. Will definitely rent again if coming back to orlando!

When we arrived the dishwasher did not look clean. The property managers took care of that very quickly! We found that the clothes washer was also dirty. We did not let the property know this, I am sure they would have cleaned it right away if we would have let them know. The location was great, the community was great. If you are heading to the parks you are minutes away! Plenty of room to spread out. The appliance need some attention, but this is easily fixed!

The home was spacious, beautiful, and clean. We were a party of 12 family members and never felt crowded. The kids loved the pool. We were warned that there would be limited paper products and cleaning products available but we found that they were adequate. The checkout process was easy and smooth. We recommend this home to any larger group coming to Orlando.

This is our second stay in this community with Magic Vacation Homes. The home was well suited for our group of 10 - had everything we needed and we love the decor of a Magic Vavation Home! The staff are always very responsive to any questions I have, as was the case this time, but we did have one issue that did not get resolved. Our house had a private pool and hot tub, but upon arrival the hot tub was not hot, it was pool temperature. The staff were very responsive to my messages and even sent a tech out, but we were told it was working correctly. Throughout our 8 day stay the hot tub never got above pool temperature, so was not usable as intended. That was disappointing, but the home itself (and pool minus the hot tub) was wonderful and great for a group of extended family.

We had a group of 6 employees in Orlando for convention. This house is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We would stay here again. The management company was quick to respond to my request during my stay.

Overall, it was a great experience. There were random spots of water on the floor and dresser when we arrived. It was odd, but we didn't make much of a fuss. We cleaned it up. When we arrived (well after check-in), there was a gentleman upstairs from the company. He asked if we were the guest.. said “okay, I was making sure everything was good.” Then he just left, I’m guessing he was the cleaning inspector?! It was also odd. Other than that not much to complain about. Cute house and pretty clean overall. I’d stay again.

We were there for my 60th birthday and had the whole family there, children and grandchildren. 10 people. The kids loved having the pool right there. We requested for the pool to be heated and it was great. Lots of room for everyone, everything functioned well.The place was very clean and good amount of supplies to start us off with. I really don't want to say anything negative about the home, but only issue we had was the dishwasher was dirty and didn't work properly. Someone came out that day to repair, but not sure it was repaired properly, as it wasn't drying the dishes. It was our second to last day and didn't really try it again or let them know that the drying cycle didn't seem to work still. The company was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this property. It was close to a major grocery stores. The resort was wonderful. Unfortunately the splash pad for the kids wasn't working, but the kids were quite happy to play in the pool there and the lazy river. It was a fantastic place!!!

The house was perfect for our group, there are enough room with attach bathroom for all of us. We are in total of 10 one of our family of 4 cancel their trip so actually it was 14. We spend 1 week to visit disney and sea world and love our stay at this house. Location was great for shopping 5-10min, disney 15min and sea world 20min.house was clean and we cook every evening of our stay. Kids enjoy pool every evening which we paid extra to heat. Community was quit at night and gate was closed at night need to get permit paper from main entrance gate then there was stand pole to press buzz and gets call back to show permit paper to the monitor and it will open the gate only at night time, during day it was open.There is two car parking in front the house. We didn't use Community pool, although looks great. NO bugs in house. We had in our previous rental house. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Oh they were some minor issues like corner of sofa got tear and Harry Potter poster got tear. Which we notify them. Didn't bother us.

House was beautiful and very clean with enough room for everyone , the house is a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse has everything there pool, slides, lazy River , Hot tub and bar to Oder drinks or food it’s also only 10 minutes from magic kingdom . The only improvement would be is to change the back patio door locks they look like they need changing

The kids loved the pool and the adults really enjoyed the hot tub! The location of the house was conveniently located with access to the clubhouse pool/lazy river/splash pad (tip - best time to go is during the evening hours). Property was nice, exactly as described. We had a plumbing issue, which management dealt with promptly. Our only complaint was the neighborhood itself , we were there for July 4th and the fireworks were awful. All night every night. We actually had a firework come through screen and hit our girls who were swimming in the pool.
But again not managements or properties fault, just shocked the neighborhood allows that to go on. Seemed dangerous. We would definitely stay at property again, just not on July 4th.

Beautiful house close to Disney
We had a great stay at this beautiful home that was only about 10 minutes away from Disney and about 20 minutes from Universal. We had 8 people in the house and everyone had so much space! I wish that we’d been able to stay longer so that we’d been able to enjoy more of the amenities like the house pool and community pool.

Great Option for Large Family near Theme Parks
The property felt convenient for our daily visits to Universal and DIsney theme parks. The kids enjoyed the Lazy River at the community pool area, as well as the heated private pool in the backyard. The kitchen, dining and living area were modern and well equipped. The location near a Publix and restaurants was an added convenience. No regrets about picking this place or hesitation to recommend

The house was perfect for our group of 14 (8 adults and 6 kids). There was plenty of kitchen dishes, pots and pans, cups, glasses, etc. Keeping the AC at not less than 72 was hard for us. We are used to 69 degrees. We also wished we had a map of the property.

This was the perfect place to stay. Fantastic location! The house accommodated our large group well with all different ages. We enjoyed the gated community and we all loved the water park on site. Very clean and easy communication with property managers.

Excellent property and owner
We have stayed at the storey lake community dozens of times. The location is great. We don't often use the community pool etc but it is really nice if you opt to. Publix, target, Walmart, multiple places to get food all within 5 mins. Disney parks are only 10-15 mins away. Universal is about 25-30 mins.
The house itself was great! Well decorated, and clean. Communication with the owner was easy and they always responded quickly. This house had more kitchen supplies than many of the other properties we have experienced in the community. Plenty of dishes, silverware, even had a bunch of Tupperware and pyrex storage containers. Wireless internet connectivity was great, looks like they have mesh network. All the TVs had Roku, which was convenient. Pool was super warm and we used it almost every day we were there.

plenty of space and location was perfect
We spent10 days with 8 adults and 6 children in the property. The house was amazing, looked just like the pictures. The bedrooms were spacious, as was the living area. The pool and hot tub were perfect to come home to after long days at the parks. The community pool was awesome and the drinks at the bar were delicious. The house was located about 15 minutes from Disney parks. The location was great as restaurants and grocery stores were right down the street. We had to communicate with the property manager a few times and they were super quick getting back to us. If we go back to the parks, we will definitely book here again.

Great VRBO home to stay at
The property was exactly as advertised, and we greatly enjoyed our time here. We went to both Universal Studios, several Disney parks, and Disney Springs... this property was located about equal distance from all of them. Overall, very nice amenities, very clean, and very spacious. We will definitely look this one up in the future for our next Orlando getaway!

Long Weekend Vacation
We really enjoyed this house it was clean, and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. The jacuzzi was great for that long night at universal studios. We had everything we needed to cook including pots and pans, Tupperware dishes, wine glasses etc. We really enjoyed our stay and will return!!! Very happy with our stay!!

Great House!!!!
This house was perfect for us! It was close to everything and very clean. The only down side was that the pool and spa only got to 81 so it was a bit cold. Otherwise this was a great house and our stay went perfect. When we go back we will definitely be booking this house if its available.
