Location was excellent very easy to get around the area. The outdoor pool was excellent. Good car parking with plenty of spaces.

The on-site restaurant did not have a wide variety of food choices and what they did have was not to our taste, therefore if we wanted to eat out we had to leave the site, which was a pity. There were always cars driving on the roads which made it difficult with a 20 month old who just wanted to walk everywhere

Difficult to see the numbers on the key box. Quite dark mid afternoon

Quite cold in the living area - was mid storm and the fire helped. Instructions to the appliances would have been helpful. Garden was not enclosed for the puppy but plenty of lovely walking done.

The cottage was amazing, so comfortable and relaxing. The hosts were helpful throughout and even posted back some left items which we are very grateful for.

The only minor issue was locating the cottage at night. The signage on the estate is difficult to follow in the dark.

Cozy, comfy cottage in an amazing location. Everything we needed in the accommodation, beds comfy and all very clean. So many nice walks straight from the cottage. Pool and spa were lovely and walkable from the cottage. We hope to be able to go back. Even our dog stood by the front door and didn’t want to leave!

Everything else was great, good details in the kitchen so we had everything we needed. Very baby friendly and clean. Really love Lower Mill estate and the cottage has access to the pools/spa and all the facilities plus onsite restaurant/cafe.

Only thing was that I would have preferred a TV with terrestrial channels as we stayed in the winter and it would have been easier to watch the tv without using the digi channels. Also the sofa bed sofa wasn't that comfy. Tiny things.

We loved the cottage. The cottage itself was comfortable in a perfect location. The cottage has everything we needed. We brought loads of stuff which we didn’t need as the cottage was well equipped. The pictures made the cottage looked bigger than it was. But here was no need as the cottage was comfortable for us. Facilities were great! Tennis, table tennis, kayak, 3 swimming pools all easy to book, also the place is close to lots of little towns for a great day visit.

We was not pleased with the beds, the bed slats kept coming away from the beds causing sleepless nights. It was not possible to sit on the side of the beds either as the slats will fall through the bed frame. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. Would highly recommend changing all the beds as the make noises when moving. Also there was no coasters for mugs and drinks. So was conscious of water marks on the tables constantly. Also there was only 1 spare pillow for 3 rooms. Causing uncomfortable sleep as would expect more spare pillows incase guests prefer 2.
