This was our second stay in this unit and we loved it just as much this year as we did last. Clean and comfortable with everything you need for a TRULY relaxing vacation. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

The condo was very comfortable. It had a great view of the beach and super easy access. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked with anything you would need. We were very pleased.

Located close to everything Folly Beach has to offer. Short walk to the Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was a big plus with the location. Would highly recommend if you want to be where close to the action at Folly.

Great location right on Folly Beach. Wonderful sunrises, a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Folly and a short 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The only real shortcoming was the lack of beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. A big oversight when you consider the unit is all about its oceanfront location. Overall, a positive experience.

Clean and convenient
Very clean condo with updated and comfortable decor/furniture. We loved the balconies and quick access to the beach. Easy to walk to plenty of restaurants. I do think it could be helpful to let guests know to enter via Ashley instead of Arctic.

Amazing view!!!
Easy booking. Very good communication with Folly’s Best. Views are amazing. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Spacious townhome and never felt cramped. If I come back to the area in the future will try to book this spot again!

The couches were unseatable they were so bad. Broken down smelly, flat pillows. Needs updated…
We enjoyed Folly, the beach and other local sites, however I would not recommend this property. Clean sheets but the bedding was old and smelly, certainly no Covid cleanliness. Kitchen is tiny and no counter space for a family that likes to cook. No cutting board, knives dull and no extras. I was disappointed when I got a text saying we could check in 2 hours early for another $100. I’ve rented homes in seabrook, iop and others. Never have I been ask to pay an extra $ for early check in or delayed check out. We weren’t there but I didn’t appreciate the ask for more money. Trundle beds needs replaced, springs were felt through the thin mattress. It’s an expensive place and not worth it. We love to visit and rent where owners also enjoy the property but I would believe the owners don’t stay there. I appreciate Vrbo when I’m staying where the family also enjoys the property. Makes for a better stay. Regardless we treated it with care although very disappointed.

Folly Beach getaway
Stayed here with my parents, son, brother, sister-in-law and nephew. The location is wonderful! I could see my son and brother playing on the beach from the balcony.
The place does need a bit of upgrading but it is clean, comfortable and a great place for a family vacation.

Great place to stay. Almost like new. Kitchen and bathrooms were spot on and great. Perfect views of the beach and ocean. Only a couple blocks from Center street. Walking to town was easy. 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend.

Family Getaway
Everything about this rental exceeded expectations. From booking and check in to how nice and well equipped the property was. It was super convenient to everything with a great ocean view. We are already planning to go back next year.

Really enjoyed this property, I have stayed in many of the condos on folly beach, this one was definitely a cut above the rest. Awesome communication with property manager, kept us aware of folly rules concerning Covid prior to arriving. Property itself was super nice and exceptionally cleaned. Great place to stay.

A gem
Great location: walking distance to restaurants, right on the beach, 30 minute easy drive to downtown Charleston, close to other places of interest. Well furnished: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice deck overlooking the beautiful beach. I would love to stay there again. I stayed in downtown Charleston on a previous trip. I found staying on the beach much better, as I had better access to a variety of activities: theater, market, restaurants in Charleston; tea plantation, the beach, plantations, kayaking, great restaurants outside Charleston.

Family vacation at Folly Beach
Very comfortable, clean and well appointed home. Location was ideal - view of the Ocean from two ocean-side decks.
Brooklyn O'Shea, property manager, was very responsive to our needs, responding in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental to others.

Great Location! Nice Amenities!
Home was great and clean! Had all we needed to cook.. but we mostly just walked the 2 blocks to Loggerheads (amazing Flounder and philly cheese steaks) It was only 4 blocks to more restaurants and shops! Id stay here again!

Very nice property, right off the beach, very nicely furnished, well maintained with lots of nice touches - soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, beach chairs and bikes, and family games and cards. The owners are very professional and prompt with communications and expectations. We could not have been happier with the property and plan and coming back!

Great location!
Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Easy walk to downtown Folly. The townhouse was clean and very accommodating.
We enjoyed drinking our coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach access was steps away. We would return in a heartbeat.

Didn't want to leave...
This was our first rental we have done with VRBO. It was a great experience. Michael was super awesome to work with as he always got back to me quickly. The view of the ocean was great, we sat out on the patio alot. The condo was laid out nice and was in great shape. I liked that all of the bedrooms were kind of by themselves and two of them had on suites. It was only a couple blocks away from shopping and restaurants which was nice as well, so we could walk everywhere. I loved the outdoor shower as well. It was nice to be able to rinse off the sand and salt water before going in. I would definitely go back.

Great Oceanfront getaway!
Our stay at the villa was really relaxing and in a great location! It was really nice to be able to walk into Folly's little cozy town, but be on the beach at the same time. We had 6 adults (3 couples) stay and it was perfect amount of space for us with two king beds. Would highly recommend this for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

First time traveling to area in the Fall and will do it again. Weather was great and nice to not have to deal with crowds. Location of condo was great. Walk to beach; to the stores; to restaurants---just pwrfect

Perfect location and setting for family or group
Michael was great to work with! Our hotel cancelled on us with less than 24 hours before our arrival and fortunately this home was available. Michael was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We actually were not able to stay in this exact unit because the A/C wasn't working properly but Michael quickly notified us and was able to provide an alternative unit. Although I prefer the decor of this unit, the other unit worked great and could accommodate our group. I would certainly recommend working with Michael and staying in one of his units.

We stay at this property every summer and LOVE it!! Ideal location to the beach and downtown Folly. Great patio/deck to sit and watch the ocean in the mornings/evenings. Love the layout of the condo...allows for everyone to have some private time/space and then come together for meals/games. Would highly recommend this condo!

Awesome Condo!
This is a fantastic condo in a fantastic location. It is beautifully furnished, well-appointed, and quiet. The view of the ocean dolphins every morning was the perfect start to each day and town was a short walk away. I cannot stress how great a layout this was for our family. The teens could do their own thing without keeping the parents awake which always makes for a great vacation. We would definitely return to this property. As for the owner, Michael is very easy to work with and reach in case there is an issue. (We had about a 10 minute wireless issue which he quickly walked us through.) Highly recommend Snapper Jack's roof top bar for happy hour and Taco Boy for some casual grub. We can't wait to get back!
