The apartment is so clean and pretty. The pool is free but only at the 8th floor and to access the skypool at the highest level need to pay but still the pool at 8th floor is good.

The facilities inside is complete and environment was clean.All staff was friendly and helpful.

Only one things i.didnt expect is this unit i rented didnt included a car park. So, i would need to park the car outside the condo area and walk for a long distance.

Spacious room with a good value of money

Toilet is in the room, without blind. I have to ask my kid to stay in the living room while we use the toilet.

L'appartamento non era tanto pulito. Ho da subito avuto problemi con il bagno che non dava acqua calda..poi ha iniziato a piovere dal soffitto e si è creato un buco. Poi il wc non funzionava e dovevo andare al ristorante vicino per usare il bagno

Didnt like the fact that rooftop pool / gym has to be paid . The jacuzzi on level 8 Tower B hasnt been repaired since ages. The last time i came which was months ago, staff said it was spoilt and last week it was still spoilt? Please maintain your pools.

was having a shower at 10.30am (check out time at 12pm noon) and suddenly heard loud noises from the door someone kept trying to open the room. Two male housekeepers invaded the room without checking if it was vacant. I was undressed and totally exposed. After 30mins two female housekeepers were fighting and shouting to each other next door. Could clearly hear all the conversations. Worst thing was the response from the owner. She did not even care to call back to check on the traumatizing experience. Rather pushing the responsibility to her staff and said it was their way of handling. Got compensated with RM 20 for this experience.

The property is cosy and just nice, not too luxurious as they tried to promote, overall experience was fine.

Floor not as clean as expected, and the rooms are not as big, was a bit shocked when I enter the room, as was different from what was marketed on site. If you are okay with traffic, this place is fine to stay in a city, otherwise, traffic is a killer from weekdays during 5pm-9pm.

Convenient location to IJN KL with walking distance of 10 mins. Security is good. The swimming pool on 8th floor was nice and the staff Mr. Kadir was a nice guy. Other facilities are good.

I had hard time to lock the main door from outside. Once I managed to lock then I was not able to open it. I had to keep trying this from 8.30 pm till 10 pm & after trying to reach the right PIC via phone to report it, I was too tired as I had hospital appointment for my husband early morning. I hope the management look into such issues before the next guest check in. As I understood the problem could be due to the automated doors battery. The next morning the got it fixed and messaged me while I was in the hospital.

I informed the property I needed an early check in as I was arriving around 6 am. On my arrival day, they said they got fully booked and I had to wait until the check in time (3 pm), I was so tired after a long flight and I just had to wait at the reception. Communicating with the host was pretty hard, it took me an hour to reach them in the morning when I arrived. I was also checking out at night, they require you to record a video of the apartment to get your security deposit back if you check out at night. I sent the Video in the evening and it took them hours to get back to me. Definitely not recommending , especially if you require early check in or early check out. The room was nice and clean enough.

The apartment was quite comfortable, it had big fridge, microwave, shower was good, bed was comfortable.

The location was really inconvenient. Even it was not far from the centre, you had to take taxi to go anywhere, the walking way was only by the highway which wasn't pleasant at all. The bathroom missed basic things like cup for placing toothbrush, nowhere to hang towels.
