Cozy & comfy Nice little place. Near the new Maha tower. Close to the night market. Walking distance to pier. Coffee shop & Convenience store in same complex. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is too overpriced!!!!! Much money for such low quality! Everything is old. Room is not cozy. Room looks like hospital room. Only 1 towel for 1 person, all towels were very dirty! I don't recommend this Hotel!

We were impressed with the hotel. It is right on the main road and super easy to find. From here it is an easy walk to many good restaurants, a laundromat, and the water park if you have kids. The main ferry pier is a 20-30 minute walk, but a Grab is really cheap option. The facility is relatively new with clean, modern rooms, very relaxing. The staff is helpful and efficient. Overall stellar value for the price, and a great place to base yourself for touring the island of Langkawi.

The room is clean and spacious. Location is strategic as easy access to nearby 24hr convenience shop and Old Town cafe just by 1 minute walking distance. A night market (opposite to the hotel) is available on every Sat night. Bed is ok and location is far away from noisy city. Overall we are satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

The room access card is very light and thin. Easy to get lost if not keep properly. I have to pay RM 50 to get a replacement for my lost card ☹️.

View (construction, field and far away the sea), cleanliness is questionable (for instance, there were lots of dark brown splashed stains on door right in front of toilet), location.. We've left couple hours after check-in, found a better hotel.

the location is very controversial, the description says that it is close to the beaches, but these are not beaches for swimming. to the nearest beach by taxi 25 minutes

The hotel view is not great because there are some trash in my room view. The breakfast was limited to 3 types with one type of oily bread.

Feelings sad that the property has not well maintained, noisy exhaust fan makes us headaches. Management needs to look into it and plan on getting the property maintained as posted. Hope to see the upgrading soon. As i can see there’s a good support from local and foreign tourists. Appreciate your front desk staff for taking care of our needs during our stay, we have no choice to request room changes due to poor air-cond and noisy exhaust fan. We gotten the comfortable room in half an hour 😊

Nice location if you choose to stay in Kuah. Very near to a lot of shops. Room was clean, staff were great and attentive, breakfasts were simple but filling.

Aircond. It took quite a while to cool the room and the sound from the compressor was noticeably loud.
