Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

We didn’t know we were going to have to pay $20 per night to park our car. That was completely unexpected.

The location was perfect! Beds were comfy! Room was clean and the breakfast was a nice selection..

Parking was $20 a night which kind of sucks because most times it’s no open spots so you have to end up finding alternate parking. I would stay again though :)

The west facing rooms were very drafty around the AC units.

Nice room with a great view of the Ferris Wheel. Had breakfast, a bar, a fridge and microwave in the room definitely a plus.

Staff was amazing! I had a package mailed to me, service at check-in was awesome. Anyone working there was nice and the facility is updated and very clean.

difficult to figure out entry

This is our go-to location when we visit our daughter at college. Conveniently located, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff

It was close to the venues we wanted to visit and it was clean.

The construction made it difficult to access. The parking structure levels aren’t connected to each other and the fact that you swipe your room card on the way out but not to enter didn’t make sense to us. It seems like this doesn’t protect guest cars it just makes sure that anyone who may wander in has to pay to get out or be stuck. It was also odd that parking was not included in the price of the room, especially when there are no other suitable options nearby.

The presentation of the staff

The breakfast was ok. The turkey sausage was dry and the omelette was cold. The already package waffles were too sweet. They should have regular waffles as a second choice.
